This newly renovated semi detached country house is 120 square meters in two floors.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
First floor: two double bedrooms (one with crib), a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Outside veranda, gazebo with outdoor dining area, swimming pool, sun beds, large garden and private parking.The property is all fenced and closed by automatic gate, pool is exclusively for our guests, even if there are other houses nearby.A/C and wi-fi are provided too.

The property is five minutes by car from the center of Camaiore, where guests can find anything they need: supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM machines, cafes'.
Versilia is an area rich with art. A few kilometers from the villa you will find the charming villages of Camaiore and Pietrasanta, famous seaside resorts towns such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. In the summer Versilia is rich in cultural events such as the famous Torre del Lago Puccini Festival. By car in 20-minutes you can reach Pisa, in 40-minutes you can reach Lucca, and Florence is only in 50 minutes away. The Camaiore region is rich in natural and historical attractions. Between the mountains and beautiful coast there are many suggestive villages, churches and abbeys that give justice to the long tuscanian history. The area is covered with the ruins of fortified villages and feudal castles built between the 10th and the 14th centuries.
