The property is five minutes by car from the center of Camaiore, where guests can find anything they need: supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM machines, cafes'.

Versilia is an area rich with art. A few kilometers from the villa you will find the charming villages of Camaiore and Pietrasanta, famous seaside resorts towns such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. In the summer Versilia is rich in cultural events such as the famous Torre del Lago Puccini Festival. By car in 20-minutes you can reach Pisa, in 40-minutes you can reach Lucca, and Florence is only in 50 minutes away. The Camaiore region is rich in natural and historical attractions.
