Casa Rico is a beautiful modern house of 130m², in a quiet area north of Mimizan, in the town of Ste Eulalie, located on the edge of the forest and close to the beaches.
It offers 3 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, separate toilets, a beautiful kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. Wireless.
The different terraces allow you to choose the exposure you prefer, shade or sun, to make the most of moments of relaxation in front of the garden or the forest.

The very large private garden is completely fenced. It is decorated with a large private pétanque court. A basketball board and a weight bench will also delight the most athletic.

From the villa, you can walk to the lake, through the forest (2 km). It is also easy to reach the cycle path which leads to the sandy beaches of Mimizan 13 km away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Le terrain est vaste et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. La piscine a fait le bonheur de toute la famille, parfaitement entretenue et très appréciable pendant les journées ensoleillées. Un grand merci également au propriétaire, toujours disponible et très prévenant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Une belle semaine en famille sous le signe du soleil et de la chaleur dans une belle et grande maison. Une magnifique terrain, un boulodrome et une très jolie et agréable piscine. Nous revenons avec de très beaux souvenirs. Merci Eric !

Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. Pool war schön, Haus eher enttäuschend.

Das Highlight war sicherlich der große Pool, der auch deutlich neuer war als das Haus und die sehr ruhige Lage vom Ferienhaus. Ansonsten waren wir von der Ausstattung enttäuscht. Es gab im Haus kein Möbelstück, wo man sich gerne draufgesetzt hat. Die Coach war durchgesessen, hier saß man gleich auf einem Holzbrett und die Eßzimmerstühle auch zu den besten Zeiten nicht bequem. Die Liegestühle waren zwar nicht so alt, aber auch nicht bequem. Ansonsten war das Ferienhaus nicht sauber, hier wurde nur durchgewischt und kein Staub oder Ecke, selbst in der Badewanne war der Ablauf schon langer nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

Toller und erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Haus

Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten von Éric sind einfach super! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, einfach ideal zum Entspannen und Ausruhen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Éric ist ein sehr sympathischer und aufmerksamer Gastgeber und bei Fragen kann man sich immer an ihn weden. Die Strände in Mimizan sind hervorragend und in der Nachsaison nicht mehr sehr voll. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)!!

Trés belle villa au calme, avec piscine haut de gamme. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins (merci encore Eric). La villa est d'une propreté irréprochable, la literie est de trés bonne qualité. Bref, tout y est !!

Super Haus im Super Lage

Top Haus mit alles ausgestattet. Freundliche Gastgeber. Hat uns ohne Frage ein extra Sonnenschirm hingestellt und fuer uns die Pool einwandfrei gehalten. Schnell reagiert auf Anfrage und uns weitgehend alleine gelassen. Lage nah am Strand (10 min mit PKW, und 30 min mit Fahrrad. Einzige ist das bei mir in Haus fuer 6 wir gerne ein zweite Toilette gehabt haette

Fantastische vakantieplek

Heerlijke 2 weken gehad met mooi weer. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn perfect voor (grotere) kinderen, mijn 2 zoons (16 en 13) hebben zich goed vermaakt. Het huis is super, heeft alls wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Je hebt wel auto nodig voor boodschappen en uitstapjes.

Tolles Haus und sehr netter Vermieter

Das Haus ist ruhig am Waldrand zwischen Mimizan und Biscarosse gelegen. Der Pool ist mit 8x4 (9x4 plus Stufe) und ca 1,60m durchgehende Tiefe super. Die Betten sind auch für uns Norddeutsche gut und die Dusche hat einen ordentlichen Wasserdruck. Eric und Cecile sind tolle Gastgeber und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Der beste Badestrand für Familien (Plage Remember in Mimizan) ist ca 20 Minuten weg. Nach Biscarosse Plage sind es etwa 35 Minuten. Es gibt in der Umgebung vom Haus eine Top-Frittenbude (Le Snack Landais), die die ganzen Strandbistros alt aussehen lässt und faire Preise aufruft. In der Umgebung von Mimizan finden sich auch diverse kleine hervorragende Boulangeries. In Mimizan und Biscarosse finden die Saisonmärkte Fr/Sa bis zum 15.9. statt. Mimizan selbst hat aber einen streng riechenden Elefanten im Raum: die Papierfabrik "Gascogne Paper". Je nach Wetterlage fährt man dann besser nach Biscarosse.

En famille, dans cette très agréable maison, très bien équipée. Piscine (neuve et très agréable), très grand jardin, basket, terrain de boules,…. Un environnement verdoyant, calme, apaisant mais finalement proche de beaucoup de commodités. Idéal pour rayonner sur les plages, les villages et festivités. Un propriétaire particulièrement attentionné. Tout pour passer d excellentes vacances landaises.

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans la maison , dans un environment calme avec une très bonne connection internet , les terrains de pétanque sont très sympa , très belle piscine malgré un manque d'ombre . Très belle maison, tranquillité assurée

Le propriétaire est très sympathique, il a été très réactifs avant et pendant le séjour. Il nous a parfaitement expliqué la procedure d'entrée et de sortie. La villa est très chouette, calme, avec un grand jardin. La maison est parfaitement équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. On a même eu des rafraîchissements dans le frigo pour notre arrivée. Au top.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem großen Grundstück. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Mimizan-Plage ist mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist entspannt über die App möglich und macht die Abwicklung einfach und entspannt.

Super für Kinder

Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück sind einfach super für Kinder. Und es ist an Geräten für Haushalt und Küche alles da was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist fantastisch. Es ist total ruhig am Ende einer Straße. Über Nebenstraßen gibt es Anschluss an Radwege über die Mimizan oder, in der anderen Richtung, die Etanges erreichbar sind. Mit dem Auto steht die ganze Atlantikküste vor der Tür. In Ste Eulalie en Born gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei mit den leckersten Baguettes und sonntags einen kleinen Wochenmarkt. Eric und Cécile sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Cécile hat uns Tipps für Strände mit Kindern gegeben und Eric hat mir sogar vor der Rückfahrt noch den Reifendruck mit seinem Kompressor überprüft.
