The house is literally facing the sea, on the lovely little harbour of Carantec. It is a wonderful location as you can follow the tides and the pace of marine life. From the garden you can also see the amazing 'Ile Callot' which you can walk to when the tide is low.

un peu déçu
Maison sympathique, dommage qu'on ne puisse jouir du jardin à cause de la route et du restaurant. Le loyer et les différentes charges en plus placent cette location au-dessus des tarifs de Carantec.

Vue sur mer imprenable, puisque nous sommes sur la plage, ce qui justifie les tarifs, toutefois raisonnables compte tenu de la region et des grosses charges d'entretien...pour le jardin nous y travaillons, merci de votre feedback

déçus
Adaptée pour une famille mais pas avec des trop petits enfants, la maison est pratique et bien située, nous avons apprécié Carantec mais nous nous attendions à une prestation de plus grande qualité, à un gite plus soigné, plus propre, vue le tarif pratiqué... impression de s'être fait avoir, prétextant que nous allions louer pour 4 jours à cheval sur 2 semaines (un we prolongé du 1er mai), le tarif était vu à la hausse, mais il ne semble pas que la maison soit souvent en location. On est trop bonne poire!

Nous avons pris en compte les commentaires des locataires sur les éléments de propreté, nous sommes excusés et avons discuté avec nos femmes de ménage pour comprendre ce qui a pu se passer.
Cependant, nous contestons le commentaire du locataire sur le tarif. Nos tarifs en cette saison sont bas pour Carantec. Et une location à cheval sur deux semaines représente toujours un manque à gagner, nous n'acceptons donc ces locations que de manière exceptionnelle - ce que nous avions expliqué à cette famille avant de signer le contrat, et nous pensions qu'ils avaient compris notre point de vue.
La maison n'est que peu louée, c'est notre choix. D'une part nous pensons qu'elle n'est pas adaptée pour l'hiver, d'autre part nous l'occupons nous-mêmes beaucoup à la belle saison.
