The villa is detached it is located on the beach road of palombaggia and 3 km from downtown.
The surroundings are very quiet for a pleasant holiday.

A deposit of 800 € is required upon your arrival in the rental, during the delivery of the keys, the inventory. It will be returned at end of stay after inventory of places of exit.

Nous avons loué cette maison pendant deux semaines avec un groupe de sept amis, pour un tarif très abordable au vu des prestations et de la localisation. Le propriétaire nous a bien accueillis à notre arrivée sur sa propriété. La maison bénéficie d'un emplacement pratique, à la fois proche des plages et du centre-ville de Porto-Vecchio, tout en offrant un cadre très calme avec une vue dégagée sur la montagne. Tous les équipements annoncés — piscine, jacuzzi, barbecue et four à pizza — sont bien présents et fonctionnels. Le séjour était globalement conforme à nos attentes.

Eine absolute Katastrophe, nicht buchbar

Das Positive vorneweg: die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut und der Pool ist schön groß. Das war es aber auch schon. Bei Ankunft um 16.30 Uhr (!) die Unterkunft noch nicht ansatzweise bezugsfähig. Der Vermieter bewohnte diese offenbar selbst und z.B. der (schmutzige) Kühlschrank war noch voll mit privaten Lebensmitteln. Das ganze Haus war innen wie außen schmutzig und unaufgeräumt. Zudem mussten wir feststellen, dass eine der beiden Toiletten nicht funktionierte und aus einer der Duschen so gut wie kein Wasser kam. Darauf aufmerksam gemacht, gab es direkt den ersten Wutausbruch des Vermieters. Wir haben uns dann entschieden, die Reinigung selbst zu übernehmen und der Unterkunft eine Chance zu geben. Nach 3 Tagen begannen beide Toiletten überzulaufen. Auf unseren Anruf kam der Vermieter und versprach, diese in unserer Abwesenheit zu reparieren. Als wir vom Strand zurückkehrten, lief die Toilette immer noch nicht ab. Beim erneuten Telefonat schrie uns der Gastgeber an, kam wutentbrannt erneut, bedrohte und beleidigte uns mit den übelsten Schimpfwörtern, während er unsachgemäß an den Toiletten herumfummelte. Dies dauerte bis ca. 22 Uhr an, bis es endlich gelang, ihn loszuwerden. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir dann die „Reparatur“ entdeckt, die darin bestand ein Loch in den Abfluss zu schneiden, so dass die Fäkalien ungehindert in den hinteren Garten flossen. Daraufhin "flohen" wir in eine andere Unterkunft, was uns zum Glück auf eigene Faust gelang. Anwalt ist eingeschaltet.

Villa agréable et proche des plages

Villa très agréable et bien agencée pour deux familles Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines, emplacement très bien situé, proche de Porto Vecchio, des plages et un accès direct à l'ospédale. La piscine et le four à Pizza : Un régal Mr Martini a eu a cœur de nous faire partager ses bons coins et bonnes adresses.. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Consiglio la casa per la sua posizione, vicino ai servizi e al centro di Porto Vecchio (5 minuti di auto), ma soprattutto alle più belle spiagge della zona e a Bonifacio.

Très agréable séjour dans la maison de Ange. Nous étions 3 couples avec enfants et chacun a pu trouver son coin d'intimité. L'extérieur de la maison est très appréciable. Soirée pizzas grâce au merveilleux à pizza 😊 terrain de boule et piscine...Tout y est. ..

Tout d'abord nous étions un groupe d amis .la villa es magnifique et bien équipée près du centre de portovecchio et des très belles plages . Un tout grand merci à Ange le propriétaire qui nous as suoer bien acceulli.....et merci encore à lui pour toutes ses petites intentions .

Très belles vacances

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans une maison agréable, une belle piscine, des équipements de qualité pour notre séjour. Un environnement agréable dans un espace calme au bord d'un champs. Le propriétaire est attentionné et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions de ses clients. A renouveler !!

Excellente prestation

Jolie maison faites avec goût par le propriétaire. Très bien située entre le golf de Porto Vecchio et la campagne. Proche de tout à la fois, superbe piscine devant la terasse. Exactement ce que nous cherchions. Le contact avec le propriétaire Ange, efficace et disponible. Bref un endroit a recommander sans hésitation.

Très jolie Villa typique Corse, situation et cadre parfait avec une superbe vue sur la montagne! La piscine est très appréciable et de bonne taille! Propriétaire sympathique et très disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir tous les ans !

Tres bien situé 25 min de bonifacio 20 min de figari 10 min des plages de palombaggia Voiture indispensable Vie de la maison face à un champ où il y a fanfan l âne gourmand Avec 2 moutons La maison est dans une zone pavillonnaire mais on a jamais entendu nos voisins ...
