père du proprio habite au rdc SI si c'est noté en portugais dans la case paiement tt en bas en tt petit, la cuisine est à l'étage pas facile pour repas dehors, il ne faut pas être handicapé où même blessé , bbq sale, pas de coin repas dans s.à.manger, pas de lecteur dvd, Tv ridiculement petite (comme un ordi portable )pas de rideaux pour la lumière dans s.à.manger, Eau chaude ou eau froide dans sdb, mais rarement en meme temps en tout cas pas plus de 1mn , pas de place pour rangement dans sdb. 2 chaises 1 tabouret dans cuisine, oups c'est noté pour 8... cafetière défectueuse, même pas de bac à glaçon, aucun bons conseils pour sorties. Je ne recommanderais pas cette location même à mon pire ennemie. Le jardin est mal entretenu fleurs mortes partout même sur l'arbre et pour voir le jardin il faut être près du portail donc loin de la piscine . adresse très dure à trouver loin de tout le premier magasin LIDL est à 1km5 à pied et il y a une sacré cote. Les chiens du quartier sont plus que présent et hurlent plusieurs fois par jour. Sur tous Les luminaires il manque une voir deux ampoules. Bref c'est cher, pauvre, moche déprimant..... impossible pour 8 personnes. Et je loue tous les ans au Portugal c'est la 1ière fois qu'au bout de 5mn j'étais en larmes. Véronique DC

"Ficamos muito satisfeito...

"Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia, a habitação é bastante confortável, os barulhos nos arredores são toleráveis e a vista é formidável para Portimão com um por de sol fantástico. A nível de equipamento tem o suficiente para podermos confeccionar qualquer refeição. Os acessos são bons e de fácil localização."
