The lovely bright lounge has a sea view and patio doors which open onto a lovely sunny patio and pool area with four sun loungers to sunbathe and relax beside the pool.
The pretty lounge has comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a dining table which seats six.
A door from the lounge/dining area leads to a separate well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and pots, pans and crockery.
The kitchen also opens onto the patio and pool area which has a charcoal BBQ and a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining, or relaxing with a glass of one of the many wonderful local wines and a good book!
Also on this main level, beside the living room, is the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Opposite the bathroom is the Twin Bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
