Apartment of 52m2, with terrace and garden in a residence in the beautiful architecture of painted wood, on a vast wooded land, located in the village of Claouey at the entrance to the Peninsula.
On the ground floor, the kitchen well equipped, modern and functional is open to the living room giving access by opening window over the entire width of the deck and garden.
Upstairs, the west side, a bedroom with balcony and 140 bed and wardrobe. East side, the other bedroom with 2 bunk beds and wardrobe. Between the 2 bedrooms, bathroom with large shower and separate toilet.
Access to the Basin beaches at 10 'walk. Bertic the beach, with children's club and sailing club.
Ocean beaches are accessible by bike path out of the home through the forest, at 25 20 '. Cap-Ferret Surf School on the beach lifeguard Truc Vert.
In the village of Claouey, Tennis Club opposite, Skateboard Park, Sailing Club, 2 bikes rental companies. Doctor's Office, Tourist Office, petrol station, supermarket U, market hall and outdoor nearby.
Booking:
Reservations are made by a contract that defines the characteristics of the dwelling and payment (30% deposit). The final payment is due upon entry into the premises.

Beeindruckend

Beeindruckend waren die kräftigen Wellen des Ozeans, aber auch Anderes, wie die Dune du Pilat. Die Unterkunft bot Ruhe, umgeben von Pinien. Die Vermieter Brigitte und Pierre waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die deutschen Sprachkenntnisse von Brigitte hilfreich. Gerne wieder!

Appartement mitten zwischen Pinien, nahe des Beckens

Schönes zentral gelegenes Appartement in Claouey, Terrasse und Balkon mit Aussicht in die Bäume, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit dem Rad, Brigitte et Pierre sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die sich um alles kümmern und uns hilfreich zur Seite standen, da unser Mietwagen einfach weitergegeben wurde bei Verspätung der Airlines, wir fühlten uns wie bei Freunden. Apartment nett eingerichtet, alles ausreichend vorhanden, an ausreichend Mückenschutz denken!! Man kann gut kochen, sich selbst versorgen, alles Bestens!

Ruhige Ferien am Atlantik

Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft(Reihenhaus)in einem Resort am Cap Ferret! Nur wenige Kilometer zum Atlantik und traumhaften Stränden, ganz nah am Bassin d `Arcachon, und Bordeaux(50 km) war auch einen Ausflug wert!

Urlaub in Claouey (Cap Ferret)

Hier hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die Infrastruktur vor Ort bietet alles was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man getrost mit dem Fahrrad vorlieb nehmen kann. Das Ferienhaus von Brigitte und Pierre Vincent ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub in Cap Ferret braucht und darüber hinaus, sogar ein Austernmesser hat nicht gefehlt ;-). Wir haben auch eine Einladung nach Bordeaux erhalten, welcher wir gerne nachgekommen sind. Es war ein herrlicher Tag, den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden! Wenn wir mal wieder Lust auf Cap Ferret haben, hoffen wir wieder in diesem netten Ferienhaus unter zu kommen.

Location d'une propreté irréprochable, une décoration sobre et de bon goût, une literie de bonne qualité et un emplacement au calme, parfait pour partir à la découverte du bassin. Grand parking. Commerces et location de vélos, pistes cyclables à proximité. Jolie station avec de bonnes options de restauration. Bons conseils, accueil souriant et attentionné de M. Vincent que nous remercions encore sincèrement :)

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir passé de belles vacances dans un appartement- maison très agréable , joliment décoré avec une cuisine bien équipée . La chambre des parents dispose d'une grande baie sur un balcon, la nuit on a l'impression de dormir sous le ciel étoilé . Calme ,malgré la proximité des commerces.Nous passions par un petit bois pour aller directement à la boulangerie, au marché et au Super_U. Ce n'est pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture car les pistes cyclables nous amènent à l'océan. Je recommande vivement cette location. Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Reihenhaus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Sonnenschirm - alles steht zur Verfügung! Sehr gut gelegen! Der morgendliche Bäcker ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie der kleine Markt mit Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse und allerlei Leckereien oder der große Super U.... gleichzeitig ist das Häuschen so weit ab vom Trubel, dass man von dieser Nähe nichts mitbekommt! Genial ist das Elternschlafzimmer: es ist ausgestattet mit riesen großen Fenstern, sodass man den Eindruck hat, nachts direkt unter dem Sternenhimmel zu schlafen - einfach herrlich! Wir haben zu viert zwei sehr erholsame, ruhige, herrliche Wochen erlebt und werden sicherlich auch nochmal wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Appartement conforme aux photographies, très propres, bien équipé et idéalement situé (proche des commerces, du marché et du bassin). La terrasse et le balcon sont très appréciable. Merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, de leurs conseils avisés sur les jolis coins de la région et de leur disponibilité . Nous conseillons bien sûr grandement cet appartement.

Das kleine Ferienhaeuschen von Brigitte und Pierre ist wunderbar! Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen .Man findet alles so vor wie beschrieben.Es war alles sehr sauber und teilweise frisch renoviert. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Der Emailkontakt mit den beiden war problemlos.Vincent spricht englisch und Brigitte deutsch.Wir kommen gerne wieder. In der Hauptsaison kann es manchmal vom nahegelegenen Campingplatz etwas lauter werden,aber da wir im Urlaub waren und gut ausgeruht ,war das kein wirkliches Problem.Das schönste fuer uns waren die wunderbaren Fahrradwege durch Pinienwälder zum Strand. Die Straende waren alle sehr sauber und das Meer zum Verlieben. Vielen Dank fuer die schoene Zeit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super séjour!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 enfants à Claouey! L'appartement maison est moderne et très bien équipé ( conforme aux photos). Il est parfaitement situé, proche des plages côté océan (moins 10 min en voiture), d'une plage côté bassin (5min à vélo), des pistes cyclables dans la forêt. Au niveau des commerces, un marché quotidien et un supermarché super U sont à moins de 10min à pied. De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de prochaines vacances sur la presqu'île du Cap Ferret! Stephanie, Laurent. Alice et Nicolas

Découverte du Bassin d'Arcachon

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Claouey, dans une location idéalement située pour découvrir cette région...Les pistes cyclables au pied de la location pour visiter les villes et villages bordant le bassin... Un appartement très bien équipé, avec beaucoup de goût, donnant sur une terrasse ensoleillée...seul petit bémol à ce petit paradis...une absence de jardin. Alors, n'hésitez pas une seconde.... Ravie que ce petit paradis vous ait plu! Les haies d'arbousiers ou de mimosas constituent tout de même un petit coin de jardin privatif prolongeant la terrasse, par ailleurs la Résidence offre un magnifique cadre arboré avec un patio(photo 1) où les enfants peuvent aller en toute sécurité.

Un formidable séjour

Pour la deuxième année, nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans cette location de Claouey au début de la presqu'île. L'environnement est idéal, à proximité de la nature et des commerces. Le logement lui-même est parfait, à la fois très joliment décoré et fonctionnel. Tout est d'une grande propreté et pensé pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Enfin, les hôtes sont absolument charmants et attentifs. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil chaleureux !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances.La location est très bien située entre l'océan, la tranquillité du bassin et ses paysages typiques (ostréicultures) et les balades à vélos dans la forêt de Gascogne.La location est idéale,beaucoup de verdure dans la résidence,très bien aménagée et le propriétaire est accueillant ,avenant et à l'écoute. Des vacances en famille idéale!!!

Nous avons passés un séjour avec nos 2 enfants incroyable!! La location correspond toute à fait aux photos . Claouey est a 10 min en voiture du cap ferret et vous avez juste derrière la loc des pistes cyclables qui vous emmene directement a l océan . Des notre arrivée les propriétaires de la location nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et nous ont donnés toutes les informations concernant les environs je les remercie encore pour leur disponibilité . Un sejour dont vous vous souviendrez!!!

Sehr geschmackvolles u. hochwertig renoviertes Ferienhaus mit moderner Einbauküche. Vom Elternschlafzimmer sehr schöner Blick nachts in den Sternenhimmel. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch u. hilfsbereit. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da sich die Kinder frei auf dem Gelände bewegen können. In der Umgebung gibt es wunderschöne Strände, die mit dem Fahrrad ideal zu erreichen sind. Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Super U, Zeitungsladen u. Markthalle) direkt um die Ecke. Viele interessante Ausflugsziele auf der Halbinsel. Für uns war es der ideale Urlaubsort, jederzeit wieder!!!!!
