very quiet place IMMERSED IN THE GREEN CAMPS OF OROSEI A FEW STEPS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACHES OF SAND. IT'S THE IDEAL PLACE FOR A HOLIDAY IN TRANQUILITY. The sea can also be reached on foot, which is 10 minutes from the house. POSSIBILITY OF HAVING LUNCHES OR TYPICAL DESSERTS ON REQUEST. THE HOUSE IS IMMERSED IN A SPLENDID VIVOIO OF MEDITERRANEAN PLANTS AND IN AN OASIS OF TRANQUILITY, IDEAL PLACE TO REST. THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH 2 BEDROOMS, A BATHROOM, A KITCHEN LOUNGE AND A VERANDA WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS, AND ALSO A BEAUTIFUL POOL, MEASURES 350X300X120.
ALSO HAS A GARDEN WITH BEAUTIFUL GREEN MEADOW, EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE COMFORTS. THE POOL IS AVAILABLE FROM THE FIRST OF APRIL TO MID OF OCTOBER.

Renzo e Vittorio sono dei padroni di casa fantastici. Gentili e disponibili. La casa poi è un sogno: arredata bene, un giardino degno di una villa signorile. C’è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza speciale in Sardegna. Per raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia consiglio di prendere la macchina, perché a piedi sotto il sole e senza marciapiede potrebbe non essere adatto a tutti. Per il resto veramente top, torneremo assolutamente!

Ein Garten zum Träumen

Tranquillità a pochi passi dal mare

Contesto tranquillo e posizione comoda a pochi minuti da Marina di Orosei e Su Barone. Giardino molto ampio e curato e bellissima piscina. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, è venuto tutte le mattine a pulire la piscina e il giardino, ci ha fatto trovare dolcetti all'arrivo e ci ha portato frutta e verdura.

Un' ottima ospitalità

Una vacanza speciale, in un posto bellissimo, una casa accogliente immersa in un bellissimo giardino con una piscina tutta per noi. Vittorio ed il suo papà Renzo sono stati ospiti speciali gentili, discreti ed attenti ed in ultimo ma non ultimo il mare e le mangiate di pesce in riva al mare. La nostra vacanza ideale.

Perfect location, house full of character, lovely garden

House was completely private with a beautiful garden, 10 mins drive away from long sandy beach and a good size town. House had lots of individual detail with numerous seating areas outside. |Hosts were friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a perfect holiday hideaway.

Un'oasi di verde, relax e bellezza

La famiglia Dessena, Vittorio e il papà Renzo, sono due persone splendide e molto disponibili. La casa è in un'ottima posizione per godersi la tranquillità della zona e alcune delle più belle spiagge del golfo di Orosei. Siamo stati molto bene e sicuramente ci torneremo!

Lovely location

Lovely little place with great outdoor space and pool. Only 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants but would still recommend a car to get around to see other sights. Vittorio was always on hand if needed.

Découverte du Golfe d’Orosei

Un belle maison à l’écart des bruits de la ville dans un écrin de verdure, très bien entretenue 👍. Un endroit de repos avec une belle piscine, à quelques minutes de la plage d’Orosei. Un accueil tres chaleureux du propriétaire qui vous fait déguster des tomates et pastèques de son jardin 😎 et qui prend le temps de discuter avec vous.

Tiefenentspannter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im gebuchten Ferienhaus. Es ist klein, aber mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Lediglich eine Klimaanlage anstatt der Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern wäre von Vorteil. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse der umliegenden Felder versorgt und konnten unseren Familienurlaub sehr genießen. Es war einfach wunderschön.

Mooi verblijf

Mooi huis, rustig gelegen, niet ver van Orosei en de kust. Zalige tuin met klein, maar goed onderhoiden zwembad. Alles is aanwezig. Het enige wat wij misten was airco....er waren wel kleine plafondvans op de slaapkamers maar het was te warm binnen. Met een buitentemperatuur van gemiddeld 35 graden heb je echt een airco nodig om goed te kunnen slapen (en koken)

Très bon séjour

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Vittorio et son père sont des hôtes charmants et avenants. L'environnement est calme, la maison et le jardin sont très agréables. Les chambres sont très biens, avec moustiquaires. La salle de bain est petite pour 4 personnes et aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement mais elle reste fonctionnelle. Notre coup de coeur : la piscine !

Nice small house

The house is nice, but it’s very small, there are ventilators in the bedrooms but none in the kitchen/livingroom. It’s quite hot in there. Also one has to consider that due to the watering of the lawn and neighboring fruit plantages are quite a few Moskitos. Otherwise the pool and the garden are beautiful, the owners are helpful. And friendly.

très bel endroit

Le jardin de Vittorio et son père est absolument magnifique! Le jardin et la piscine sont entretenus tous les jours par les propriétaires. le chalet a comme pièce à vivre une terrasse extérieure très agréable. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de soin dans cet endroit charmant . Un axe d'amélioration tout de même important, les lits sont extrêmement durs, ils gagneraient à être changé.

Gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir hatten eine ruhige und erholsame Woche in dem gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus, das ein bisschen außerhalb von Orosei in 15 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt liegt. Der wunderschöne Garten mit kleinem Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Außendusche, gemauerter Grill, mehrere Sonnenliegen und die überdachte Terrasse runden das Bild ab. Bis auf eine Spühlmaschine ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Renzo und Vittorio waren angenehme und jederzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Lage, Orosei ist eine schöne Stadt, der Strand fantastisch und in der Hauptsaison fast leer. Beides fußläufig erreichbar. Vittorio war immer da, wenn man etwas brauchte, es gab einen Begrüßungskorb und frische Tomaten zwischendurch. Hier und da könnte man ein wenig nachbessern. Die Fahrräder sind leider Schrott und nicht zu gebrauchen und ein paar bequemere Sitzmöbel für den Außenbereich wären auch schön. Ansonsten war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder..

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Gegend

Das Haus von Vittorio und seinem Vater ist von innen liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten draußen ist schön angelegt. Wirklich genutzt haben wir aber eigentlich nur die Terasse. Wir waren Ende September dort. Es wimmelte nur so von kleinen Mücken, so dass wir draußen eigentlich immer nur gut bedeckt saßen und AntiMücken Spray parat hatten. Die Besitzer haben wir in unserem Aufenthalt einige wenige Male auf dem Feld arbeiten sehen. Es stört aber wirklich nicht, um sich ungestört zu fühlen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Min Fußweg.
