very quiet place IMMERSED IN THE GREEN CAMPS OF OROSEI A FEW STEPS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACHES OF SAND. IT'S THE IDEAL PLACE FOR A HOLIDAY IN TRANQUILITY. The sea can also be reached on foot, which is 10 minutes from the house. POSSIBILITY OF HAVING LUNCHES OR TYPICAL DESSERTS ON REQUEST. THE HOUSE IS IMMERSED IN A SPLENDID VIVOIO OF MEDITERRANEAN PLANTS AND IN AN OASIS OF TRANQUILITY, IDEAL PLACE TO REST. THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH 2 BEDROOMS, A BATHROOM, A KITCHEN LOUNGE AND A VERANDA WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS, AND ALSO A BEAUTIFUL POOL, MEASURES 350X300X120.
ALSO HAS A GARDEN WITH BEAUTIFUL GREEN MEADOW, EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE COMFORTS. THE POOL IS AVAILABLE FROM THE FIRST OF APRIL TO MID OF OCTOBER.

Perfect location, house full of character, lovely garden

House was completely private with a beautiful garden, 10 mins drive away from long sandy beach and a good size town. House had lots of individual detail with numerous seating areas outside. |Hosts were friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a perfect holiday hideaway.

Nice small house

The house is nice, but it’s very small, there are ventilators in the bedrooms but none in the kitchen/livingroom. It’s quite hot in there. Also one has to consider that due to the watering of the lawn and neighboring fruit plantages are quite a few Moskitos. Otherwise the pool and the garden are beautiful, the owners are helpful. And friendly.

Our visit to Sardinia was marred by this unsuitable property. The instructions for the location and how to get in were given only when we landed in Sardinia 1.5 hours before accessing despite asking several times in the days previously. We gave our ETA and we’re still left waiting and then we were hastily let in shown where we couldn’t go. The house is divided so only 2/3 is available the other is a lock up storage and used by the owners which was visited during our visit. There is no dining room or sitting room. The small kitchen is the only communal indoor space and has very tall stools with no leg room round a work surface. There are no tables indoors. The automatic lawnmower came on a 430am until we disabled it. Generators, strimmers, angle grinders and chainsaws were used all day as this house is the middle of the owners horticultural business. We had to stay out of the house all day and could not use the garden due to the incessant noise. The only eating areas with chairs are outside. The power tools meant we couldn’t talk to each other or relax during the day. The irrigation (which started at 7am) for the garden caused the garden to be boggy so couldn’t be used until evening. This was a haven for mosquitoes. The cat ate our food, walked on food preparation surfaces and constantly tried to get in until we asked for it to be removed. Glass is cracked in the kitchen and bathroom and the door handle fell off.

Great location, house itself was very basic

This is our own personal opinion. We found the beds to be very hard, it would have been nice to have had some form of soft cushioning for the sun loungers. The outside garden area including the pool was perfect, the pool was cleaned every day. With regard to the actual house, there was no real comfortable place to sit inside, apart from a 2 seater sofa in the small kitchen. The kitchen did not have a freezer, oven or microwave, which we found very inconvenient for self-catering. The only bathroom - it had all the required amenities, however, if we were not both slim people, there could have been difficulties, as the maximum distance between the open bathroom door and the sink was 34 cm. The shower cubicle entrance was 37.5cm. The property location is ideal for the beach, town and supermarket. We would visit the area again, but not the property.

Abbiamo visto molta insoddisfazione da parte degli ospiti, sono arrivati, che erano arrabbiati x il fatto che nonostante avessero diverse soluzioni x poter arrivare nella propieta’,si sono persi per strada, e con il caldo del periodo, hanno da subito manifestato insofferenza Il tempo purtroppo nei giorni seguenti non è stato dei migliori, è tutta la loro insoddisfazione si è riversata su di noi nonostante la nostra disponibilità. Molte cose sono state da loro usate in maniera non rispettosa dellla casa e di noi proprietari: luci di notte sempre accese, i cesti della biancheria pulita, usati per metterci scarpe e ciabatte sporche, la casa è stata poco rispettata e questo ci dispiace molto Presenza nn molto gradita, ci dispiace molto

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind ganz unkompliziert und kümmern sich um ihr Grundstück und die umgebenden Gartenanlagen. Es war alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail dekoriert. Nachbarn hat man keine direkt, so konnten wir die Zweisamkeit genießen. Das Haus hält alles bereit was man benötigt. Ein perfekter Standort um in verschiedenste Ausflugsziele zu starten. Eine kleine Katze besuchte uns täglich und wir erfreuten uns an ihr, sie an unser Futter. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Wir kommen wieder! Danke Vittorio!

Renzo e Vittorio sono dei padroni di casa fantastici. Gentili e disponibili. La casa poi è un sogno: arredata bene, un giardino degno di una villa signorile. C’è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza speciale in Sardegna. Per raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia consiglio di prendere la macchina, perché a piedi sotto il sole e senza marciapiede potrebbe non essere adatto a tutti. Per il resto veramente top, torneremo assolutamente!

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus mit Pool

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles Nötige, was man braucht. Zu Fuss sind es ca 15 Minuten bis zum nächsten Strand. Die Umgebung bietet viele Unternehmungen, herrliche Strände und Wanderungen. Anfang Oktober ist die Temperatur sehr angenehm warm, und wenig Touristen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Vittorios Haus! Insbesondere die Außenanlagen inkl. Pool sind ein Traum. Der Strand ist zu Fuß ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt und ist wirklich schön, sauber und nicht überfüllt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in fußläufiger Entfernung vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die tägliche Pool- und Gartenpflege wurde diskret durchgeführt, wodurch keinerlei Störung entstand. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch der Check-In und der Check-Out waren problemlos. Aufgrund der Lage und der Jahreszeit waren viele Moskitos unterwegs, wogegen man sich bei Aufenthalten draußen am Abend schützen sollte. Auch hierfür sind vor Ort aber Vorkehrungen getroffen und entsprechende Sprays etc. vorhanden :) Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche, absolute Empfehlung!!!

Traumhafter Garten mit sehr gepflegtem Pool

Insbesondere die Außenanlagen ist traumhaft. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön anzusehen. Es gibt zwei Essenplätze im Freien, einen sauberen Pool, eine schöne Außendusche in Stein und einen rustikalen Steingrill. Der Pool wird jedem morgen gereinigt. Dies sollten Leute wissen die gerne früh am Morgen in den Pool wollen. Zwischen 7 Uhr und 8 Uhr am Morgen wird von Vittorio (Vermieter) ein Reinigungsroboter in den Pool gesetzt der für knapp zwei Stunden fährt. Dies geschieht aber sehr diskret und in keiner Weise störend. In dieser Zeit ist der Pool dann allerdings nicht nutzbar. Pool und das Wasser sind dadurch aber jeden Tag in einem Top Zustand. Ansonsten sind Vittorio und sein Vater aber nicht präsent und trotzdem jederzeit greifbar sollte mal etwas sein. Das Haus ist umgeben von Plantagen für den Obst und Gemüseanbau der Familie von Vittorio. Ein paar mal hatte uns Vittorio morgens frische Tomaten und Melonen vor die Tür gestellt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist nicht unbedingt modern aber das ist in einem solchen Urlaub auch nicht notwendig. Dass es z.b keine Spülmaschine gibt empfanden wir nicht als störend. Die Küche hätte insgesamt etwas besser ausgestattet sein können aber das ist nichts was unseren Aufenthalt eingeschränkt hat. Der Strand Su Barone ist aus unserer Sicht nicht unbedingt fußläufig zu erreichen aber mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wir haben öfters Ausflüge zu umliegenden Stränden der Ostküste gemacht. Absolute Empfehlung.

Tranquillità a pochi passi dal mare

Contesto tranquillo e posizione comoda a pochi minuti da Marina di Orosei e Su Barone. Giardino molto ampio e curato e bellissima piscina. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, è venuto tutte le mattine a pulire la piscina e il giardino, ci ha fatto trovare dolcetti all'arrivo e ci ha portato frutta e verdura.

Mooi verblijf

Mooi huis, rustig gelegen, niet ver van Orosei en de kust. Zalige tuin met klein, maar goed onderhoiden zwembad. Alles is aanwezig. Het enige wat wij misten was airco....er waren wel kleine plafondvans op de slaapkamers maar het was te warm binnen. Met een buitentemperatuur van gemiddeld 35 graden heb je echt een airco nodig om goed te kunnen slapen (en koken)

Tiefenentspannter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im gebuchten Ferienhaus. Es ist klein, aber mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Lediglich eine Klimaanlage anstatt der Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern wäre von Vorteil. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse der umliegenden Felder versorgt und konnten unseren Familienurlaub sehr genießen. Es war einfach wunderschön.
