About this property

Deluxe Ski in/out Condo in Village Centre

This fully equipped unit has an unrestricted view of the Okanagan night ski run from your own private HOT TUB on the front deck. Spacious kitchen with open plan living area, 46” flat screen TV and Fire Stick with streaming subscriptions, DVD player, fire place and radiant heating. Main bedroom has its own private deck backing onto forested creek with mountain views.

There are 7 beds (1 twin lower bunk, 2 twin upper bunks, 2 queen beds, 1 double lower bunk and 1 double sofa-bed/hide-a-bed). There are 2 full bathrooms. Upper bathroom: 3 pc with shower/tub, Lower bathroom: 3 pc with shower. Closet room with Washer/dryer.
A full supply of fresh linens and towels are provided with each rental.

Fully equipped kitchen ideal for self catering. Coffee, tea, sugar, herbs and spices provided. Glass top range, oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and BBQ on lower rear deck.

Located village centre - just park your car and forget about it as you enjoy easy access to ski trails and apres-ski activities. Just minutes walk to village amenities including corner store, pub, bistro/coffee shop, restaurants, ski shop, ski rental, games room.

Lockable, heated garage available to guests for storage of ski equipment and spacious ‘boot-up’ area. No vehicles (unlimited parking available in public car park).

Winter:
Mountain activities include 73 ski trails, terrain park, 1 km skating loop, ice rink, games room.
Nordic centre offering X country ski trails and equipment rental is a ten minute drive away.

Summer:
Popular in summer as a base for wine tours, fishing(Nickel Plate Lake), golfing (Penticton area), biking and hiking. Ideal for athletes participating in the many summer endurance events or hockey camps in and around Penticton which is a 40 minute drive away. Temperatures typically 10 deg C cooler than Penticton, making it very suitable for high altitude training or just as a secluded summer retreat with comfortable night temperatures

Great Location, great house

The house was perfect for our group of 9 people. Highly reccomend the home, clean and comfortable. Accessibility to the slopes and the village is incredible. Lots of storage space in the garage for skis and winter gear. Look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Place in Apex Village

The condo’s location is excellent and convenient to everything for a great time on the slopes- short easy walks. We found this to be one the best equipped places we have stayed, with an incredibly well organized kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The entire place was very clean and comfortable, including the hot tub that is kept in great condition. Prompt communication from the owners. Easy recommendation and would stay there again.

Family and friend getaway

This property is in the perfect location, with easy ski in ski out. Our group consists of four 10 year olds, a 13 year old and four adults. The beds and bedding are comfortable, (which is rare) and set up perfectly for a group size like ours. The property contains everything one would require on a trip. We had neighbors in the property attached and we couldn’t hear anything. This was our second time staying in this rental and both times were quiet. The hot tub is well maintained. The hosts are amazing. We are already booking our next trip.

Great location just a short walk to the hill. Layout of the place was good with a large kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms are close together and share one bathroom along with bunks so depending on your group size/type it may be crowded. The heated garage was nice to store gear and change after skiing. BBQ on back deck worked well. The real negative is the beds and bedding. They are in dire need of an upgrade and caused many to not sleep well.

Family Christmas

This was our first “away from home” Christmas, and we couldn’t have been happier with the condo, location and Apex experience! Spacious enough for the entire family, the kitchen was extremely functional to make meals out of, and the hot tub on a snowy day makes everyone happy!

Apex mountain ski trip

It was a very snowy cold trip with temperatures well below zero every day,, we didn’t get to ski as much as we wanted but still had a great time! The condo was comfy cozy with perfect location to walk to ski lifts and tubing! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and so nice to have a heated garage are to put all of our ski equipment!

Amazing location and Condi

We loved this condo! We have stayed at three different properties at Apex and this was by far the best. The beds were comfortable, the linens were amazing, the owner supplied exactly what a guest would require. The furniture and layout of the condo was perfect for us. We had four adults and four children under the age of 12. The heated garage is amazing for storing ski equipment. I wouldn’t stay anywhere without a garage again. We are definitely returning. 👍

Amazing Family Vacation

We booked this unit for my mother in law’s birthday weekend. It was ample accommodations for me, my husband our 12yr son, brother-in-law, wife and two kids 7 and 5, and of course grandma and grandpa. The unit was extremely well equipped and nicely updated. The host were very attentive, location was amazing very close to everything. Will definitely book this accommodation, again. The heated garage for our ski gear was a bonus as were the views from hot tub.

The cabin was cozy, clean, and had absolutely everything you could need. Location was PERFECT for getting our little ones to the bunny hill quickly, but it was still private enough that it was very quiet. We can't wait to book again next year!

The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. The heated garage was very convenient for storage of gear and for dressing and undressing with winter gear.

Lovely condo that has been tastefully arrange to suit any family holiday with grown kids or little ones. The only disappointment was the window in the opening description, as I cannot ski I imagined sitting at the window with tea or other beverage watching my kids come done the hill.
