This 4* apt is ideally located, just a short walk from the new funicular lift to the ski station which opens up the huge 4 Vallee ski area.It is South facing,has large balconies on 3 sides giving a panoramic views of the resort.
The apartment is luxuriously equipped,with all mod cons.
The lounge has 2 comfortable sofabeds,a leather armchair,flat screen cable tv with dvd player and radio/cd player. The dining area has an antique table and 6 chairs with leather seats. ,:the kingsize bed,2 single beds and 2 sofabeds have bedding and towels provided at no extra cost.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer,electric hob and oven,sink unit and dishwasher.
A kettle, electric toaster, Nespresso machine and all culinary requirements are there.
There is a full bathroom with separate shower,wash basin and toilet, and a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Heated garage,communal laundry,ski and boot racks on site.
Professional cleaning is included in the rental cost,at the end. The village has excellent shops,with restaurants to cater for families and fine dining,bars provide excellent 'apres-ski'.The public ice-rink is 50m away.
All amenities and taxes are included in the rental,with no hidden extra costs.

Great place in Haute-Nendaz

We had the pleasure to be in Haute-Nendaz during the winter season and it was a pleasure to be in this apartment. A lot of space is available for a family with 2 bathrooms and a great terrasse to enjoy. The host is really reactive and responsive to any kind of issue and the concierge was also very helpful. The location is perfect, only a few meters away from the cable car that will put you just in front of the gondola lift. We had a great week full of nice memories !

Excellent stay in the appartment of Mr Griffith. The appartement is very well equipped, beds are really comfortable and everything perfectly worked. The appartement is close to the slopes and all the supermarkets.

logement très agréable proche de toutes les commodités,piste,magasins.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement grand confort,très propre .Bien situé proche des pistes,pistes de luges pour enfant les magasins.On y reviendra!!Sans hesitation .En cette période particulière avec le covid,les restaurants étant fermés un appareil à raclette serait là bienvenue.

Fijn groot appartement met de luxe van 2 badkamers, lift en zwembad. We wat verouderd pand maar alles werkt. De sauna is een beetje ingewikkeld, beter eerst voorverwarmen. Alles aanwezig in appartement. Groot balkon met zon tot 17.00 uur in februari. Winkel en toegang tot piste dichtbij.

Nous avons l'habitude de cet appartement, et nous y sommes comme chez nous. L'équipement est complet, tout y est (linge, ustensiles cuisine, vaisselle, ...). Le wifi fonctionne bien. Propreté et chaleur sont au rendez-vous. La localisation juste en face du funiculaire en fait un emplacement idéal. Restaurants et bars et supermarché accessible à pied en moins de 3 minutes.

Another great holiday in Nendaz

Our 4th stay in this lovely 2 bedroom flat in Nendaz. The kids love a swim in the pool before or after their skiing lesson. Convient for the parents to have wi-fi. The flat is close to all the facilities: shops, restaurants, skiing slopes, sledge slope & trampoline for kids. Cleanliness of the flat spot on. I definitely recommend this holiday home. We're looking forward to our next stay in Nendaz.

Simply stunning, Great location, We will be back

We stayed at the property for 1 week, all the instructions received pre arrival were perfect. We benefitted from the local arrangement with the Ski Hire shop to receive a discount negotiated by Mr Griffiths. We had two couples and two small children on the trip, the short walk form the apt to the lifts to slopes were perfect. The pool and sauna were the perfect end to each day in the snow. We would recommend this to our friend and family unreservedly and look forward to going back in the future The Covington Family

New Year family ski trip

We stayed at the property over New Year and it was the perfect spot to celebrate. Easy to reach Haute Nendaz ski-ing. We also drove to Siviez to ski but took the bus next time as the parking was busy. The bus was regular and meant we could return separately. The supermarkets are close and it was easy to cater in the apartment. The dual aspect liveing room had a great view and was perfect for the New Year fireworks.

Great holiday

We spent a wonderful time in Haute-Nendaz. The flat is close to the shops, the restaurants and the skiing slopes (less than 5 minutes). Swimming (within the building), ice skating, sledging were also nearby and great fun for the kids. The flat itself was clean and to our entire satisfaction. The description on the website is very accurate and we appreciate the services provided. We recommend the flat especially for families.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment, which is very cosy, clean and functional. The building is near to the centre of Nendaz. All shops are easily accessible by foot. For skiing, we recommend to take the car until Siviez (10-15 min), which permits to access directly in the heart of the 4 Vallées. There is a big parking in Siviez, but quickly full during the peak period (end of the year) in the morning (not to arrive later than 8.45h-9h). The owner is very friendly, always available to answer any questions. Alexandre (Paris)

"Séjour de ski en février 2013 : L''appartement est très bien équipé et situé à proximité directe des supérettes de la station. Le mobilier est très confortable et l''appartement donne accès à un parking privé collectif dans lequel il est possible de laisser des affaires sans souci, les skis par exemple, tout l''immeuble le fait. L''accès aux pistes peut se faire à pied grâce à un ascenseur (funiculaire à 100 m) qui débouche en face des remontées du Tracouet. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui parle anglais. Je garde de ce séjour un excellent souvenir et le recommande."
