While it is listed that house keeping is available upon request what they mean is that it is an extra fee due in cash upon arrival for sheets, towels, and a departure cleaning. The place itself is a nice apartment, but it is more like a 15-20 min walk to town up a steep hill! There is also no water park on site. There is a pool but you are not allowed to use it as it belongs to the family that lives below. My children were very dissapoitned about this. The apartment is clean and did have a fully stocked kitchen and a large terrace, overlooking the pool you cannot use.

Super appartement avec une grande terrasse et une superbe vue. Grande cuisine et belle piÚce de vie. L appartement est trÚs bien équipé pour cuisiner. Situé sur les hauteurs de Cassis, il faut accepter les cÎtes pour remonter à pieds mais c est tout à fait raisonnable. La place de parking est vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé de trÚs belles vacances. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Appartement confortable dotĂ© d’une terrasse agrĂ©able offrant une vue remarquable sur Cassis.Cependant, l’emplacement indiquĂ© sur la carte de l’annonce ne correspond pas Ă  la localisation rĂ©elle du logement, qui se situe Ă  environ 700 mĂštres en hauteur du centre-ville. De plus, l’annonce ne mentionne pas clairement les frais supplĂ©mentaires pour le mĂ©nage ainsi que pour la location de draps et serviettes (58 euros pour deux personnes).Une grande partie du sĂ©jour s’est dĂ©roulĂ©e sans accĂšs internet fonctionnel, ce qui a engendrĂ© des coĂ»ts additionnels liĂ©s Ă  l’utilisation de donnĂ©es mobiles, ainsi que deux demi-journĂ©es perdues en attente d’une intervention, le problĂšme n’ayant finalement pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©solu.L’appartement n’est pas Ă©quipĂ© de climatisation, ce qui peut ĂȘtre inconfortable lors de fortes chaleurs.Certaines fournitures de base telles que les sacs poubelle et le savon pour les mains Ă©taient absentes. La cuisine possĂšde un bon Ă©quipement, bien que plusieurs casseroles ne soient pas compatibles avec la plaque Ă  induction, et un nettoyage approfondi des armoires et tiroirs serait recommandĂ©.La terrasse, le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s. Fehlleitend Anzeige Unmögliche Besitzerin

In der deutschen Anzeige steht mehrmals, dass die Wohnung ĂŒber einen "Wasserpark" und einen Garten verfĂŒgt. Beides trifft nicht zu. In den Bildern sieht man einen Swimmingpool und Garten, aber die gehören nicht zu der Wohnung. Außerdem steht in der Anzeige, "HandtĂŒcher werden bereitgestellt". Kurz vor dem Anreisetag bekamen wir die Information per E-Mail, das man HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr 8 Euro das StĂŒck dazubuchen. Also ich die Vermieterin darauf hinwies, dass das Apartment anders angeboten wird, schrieb sie mir zwei Tage vor Anreise, dass ich unseren Urlaub stornieren kann, wenn ich darauf bestehe, dass sie ihr Angebot einhĂ€lt. WĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts standen an einem Tag auf einmal unangekĂŒndigt zwei Handwerker bei uns auf der Terrasse, wĂ€hrend ich schlief und meine Frau sich sonnte, um den defekten GeschirrspĂŒler zu reparieren. Das Internet war die ersten Tage eine absolute Katastrophe. Da ich arbeiten musste, sorgte das fĂŒr große Unannehmlichkeiten und Verzögerungen. Im Apartment fanden wir Dreck und Abfall, sowie eine gebrauchte Unterhose von den Vormietern, was auch nicht gerade fĂŒr Freude sorgte. Das Apartment selber war gut geschnitten und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Die Lage ist sehr gut, obwohl die Distanzen falsch angegeben sind. Wenn man es in 4 Minuten zum Hafen von Cassis schaffen will, muss man die ganze Strecke ohne RĂŒcksicht auf Verluste sprinten. Mme G., die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht.

Die Wohnung ist hell und gemĂŒtlich, sauber und die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet. Das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein paar kleinere MĂ€ngel haben den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht beeintrĂ€chtigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

De belles découvertes

Appartement spacieux, dotĂ© d'une grande terrasses ombragĂ©e avec une trĂšs belle vue. Logement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (il manque peut-ĂȘtre un ventilateur, du mal Ă  garder un peu de fraĂźcheur). L'emplacement permet de tout faire Ă  pieds, ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Par contre, beaucoup de circulation du coup, donc bruyant, ce qui a pu ĂȘtre gĂȘnant pour trouver le sommeil. Dans l'ensemble trĂšs bien.

SĂ©jour relaxant dans un appartement cosi

Nous avons passé un moment super agréable, calme et relaxant à deux pas du centre de Cassis et des calanques. L'appartement est calme avec une vue apaisante sur la mer et le phare. Rien ne manque, ni dans l'appartement qui propose tout ce qu'il faut point de vue vaisselle, électroménager, confort, que dans les environs. Seul petit bémol, dû probablement à la période de location, à notre arrivée, il y avait pas mal de poussiÚre. L'appartement ne devait pas avoir été loué depuis quelques semaines car il était propre.

Wohnung passt tipptopp fĂŒr einen Ferienaufenthalt mit (Ă€lteren) Kindern. Grosse Terrasse mit Sicht auf's Meer, gut ausgerĂŒstete KĂŒche, grosses Wohnzimmer, praktische Schlafzimmer. Es wird deutlich darauf hingewiesen, dass LĂ€rm auf der Terrasse nicht erwĂŒnscht ist wegen der Nachbarn. Zentrum und Strand von Cassis zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
