Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are so glad to hear that you had a wonderful stay overall. We appreciate you pointing out the outdoor faucet issue and the deck shade recommendation. Having an easy way to rinse off beach sand is so important, and our maintenance team has been dispatched to repair that exterior faucet right away. We’ve also shared your thoughtful suggestion for a deck umbrella/awning directly with the property owner for future upgrades.
