Renewed Historical Countryside Villa With Pool

This historical Finca was built in the 16th century. It has recently undergone a tasteful renovation, with attention to preserving the original details. Villa Historica is located on a 180 000 m2 plot, close to San Miguel and about 5 min. from the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis. The famous beaches of Benirras and Port de Sant Miguel is only a few minutes drive away. The spacious main house is with wooden beams in the ceiling which provides a rustic atmosphere. The house consists of four bedrooms (all with double bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room with cozy fireplace, a lovely country kitchen with dining area, private pool and garden. From the pool area and the garden you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the ibizanske landscape. Villa Historica has room for 10 people and the house is equipped with WI-FI, flat screen satellite TV, linen, towels, cutlery, coffee maker, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also parking available. We can also help with airport transfers and car rental (not included). Pets are not allowed. Villa Historica is the perfect choice if you both want to experience the authentic Ibiza and be close to the island's best beaches and restaurants, at the same time!

Great owner and great place

Initially we had an issue figuring out the exact location of the villa as it was dark out when we arrived. But the owner went above and beyond to ensure that we made it. The villa itself is spacious and clean with an incredible view.

We had a really great stay in this villa.The local contact was super friendly. We had made small comments about the cleanliness and everything was rectified immediately. It is an old villa that is actually ‘alive’. By that I mean that the wood works as well as the brickwork. The villa has its own charm, which I personally loved. The pool is a dream and so is the location of the villa. Everything is easily accessible by car. If you want to be a bit louder, this is definitely possible here. I would come back at any time.

Oliviu nous a accueillis dans une belle maison pleine de charme. Nous avons eu un petit problème de vaisselle qu’il a réglé avec gentillesse et rapidité. Jolie maison avec du potentiel mais très mal équipée, manque de confort

Très déçue à notre arrivée dans la Maison pour plusieurs raisons qui selon le propriétaire n'ont jamais été relevées auparavant : - UNE SEULE clime dans toute la maison dans la plus grande chambre à l'étage. Ce n'était pas du tout mentionné dans l'annonce et la chaleur était intenable en plein mois d'août dans les chambres au rez de chaussé, seuls quelques vieux ventilateurs étaient à notre disposition. Deux personnes ont du dormir à l'étage sur un canapé lit sur le palier des escaliers pour essayer de se rafraîchir alors que nous nous attendions à des chambres fraiches et confortables pour le prix.... - La maison est censée recevoir jusqu'à 10 personnes or la maison n'est pas assez équipée (en termes de vaisselles et électroménager notamment) - La cuisine est située en "sous sol" donc beaucoup de bêtes rentraient et envahissaient nos provisions.. surtout avec la chaleur intenable (on retrouvait des déchets sur le terrain juste devant la piscine) - Tous les équipements et la maison en elle même manquent d'entretien. Surtout le coin piscine et le jardin qui est laissé à l'abandon total - La piscine n'est pas du tout entretenue, seule une pompe se déclenche matin et soir mais aucun robot de piscine à dispo. Seules deux épuisettes étaient présentes, bien insuffisant pour nettoyer la crasse et le fond de la piscine devenu vert en fin de séjour. - La maison est très sombre : quasiment aucune fenêtre excepté des toutes petites fenêtres carrées avec moustiquaire qui ne permettent pas du tout d'aérer les espaces En revanche, l'extérieur (coin bbq / cuisine extérieure, piscine) est vraiment agréable à vivre et joli, même si les transats et parasols mériteraient d'être remplacé. Certains endroits à la piscine servaient de dépotoir (bouée dégonflé etc).. Pour résumer la maison a beaucoup de potentiel et est au calme dans les hauteurs (très belle vue) mais mériterait une bonne rénovation au niveau des équipements qui ne sont pas adaptés pour 10 personnes. Le propriétaire ne vient jamais dans la Maison, il envoi ses collègues faire les check in et check out, il n'est donc pas forcément conscient de tout cela et c'est dommage.

In fact we were also very disappointed because of the guests. Especially, because we were requested to provide things, which we have never promised. It is all about reading the advertisment, and don't expect more than that. It is an old house, with very thick walls (keeps the house cool even during the summer, if you use it in a smart way), but if you expect something very modern, then it is not the traditional Ibiza style house, which you are looking for. It is simple like this. We advertise the house for 8 people only, but we didn't want to mess up their holiday with sending away 2 people from their group. At the end, we had a feeling that it was all about to get back some money, and therefore trying to find issues as a good reasoning for that.

Prachtige historische villa met adembenemend uitzicht

Geweldige plek en prachtige villa met heel veel historische kenmerken. Het zwembad is fantastisch met een geweldig mooi uitzicht. Wij zijn hier nu 2 keer verbleven met een vriendengroep en een eventuele volgende keer zullen we hier zeker weer terugkomen. Een absolute aanrader!

Villa Bellissima dotata di ogni comfort

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amici in agosto, la villa è un po' fuori rispetto al centro di ibiza, circa 40 minuti, ma è molto bella, dotata di tutto il necessario per fare una vacanza in compagnia: bbq, frigo esterno, piscina, tavolo esterno per fare cene. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!

Due to personal circumstances we had to cancel our reservation. Gabor has been very helpful and understanding and managed to rent out the house to someone else. Therefor he returned the deposit we already payed! Very nice and friendly contact, hopefully we can go next year.
