I enjoyed my stay here

Minus the downstairs A/C going out one morning (which was fixed quickly), we had a great stay once again. Great customer service by Andi, I might add! We plan to come back again around the same time next year if the rate is the same. FYI…The refrigerator in the laundry room leaked when we turned the ice maker on. We turned it off immediately when noticed the leak and it stopped.

The best vacation house my family and I have ever stayed at!

my family and I were all absolutely blown away at how amazing this place is! Absolutely stunning in every way! It's huge! It's clean! the amazing views from multiple balconies, direct access to a beautiful beach! Easily enough room for 5 to 6 cars! Our kids loved having the entire upstairs to themselves with bunkbeds, the entertainment area, the foosball table and ping-pong table !The kitchen is unbelievable and has everything you could possibly imagine needing as if you were right at home! The pool! The outdoor seating area.. literally right next to a really cool outdoor bar and restaurant! We plan on coming back next year i and I've told multiple friends that the place simply can't be beat! Do yourself a favor and look no further! My guess is your experience will be the same! Five stars all the way!

We are a group of 10 older ladies that go to Hilton Head every year for a tennis trip.This was our favorite house we've rented! The location was great, with incredible views. The many balconies were awesome! My group has already urged me to rent this house again next year. Totally recommend!

Property was beautiful and very well equipped. Kitchen was excellent. The only complaint I had was they need to list the bunk beds as toddler beds. A couple of my grandson couldn’t come or we would not had enough sleeping space.

Beautiful vacation spot

The house & beach are beautiful!! The kitchen was the best of any house I’ve rented & the staff responded to a maintenance issue quickly. Our family enjoyed golf at Oyster Reef & Coco’s food & drinks were surprisingly good.

31 Singleton Beach is an awesome house

We have rented this home multiple times for family vacation and plan to rent it multiple times in the future. We rent a few homes a year around the country for family time. This house is by far the best and the only repeat home we rent.

Beautiful home / amazing ocean views

We loved our stay. Beautiful, well-furnished home that sits on the beach. The panoramic views from the home were amazing. Enjoyed walking the beach every day. The kids enjoyed the oceanfront pool and the bunk room. The management company was easy to book with and super helpful. We will be back for sure!!

Beautiful Home

Very well appointed, convenient lovely home. Perfect for our group very spacious and extremely well equipped kitchen. Property is convenient to everything. Coco's beach side grill is convenient and we never heard one noise. All around very great property

Wonderful home with everything you need

We stayed at this property with my whole family which included 8 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10 yrs to newborn. We had a blast! Between pool and beach it was endless fun. Grocery store is 5 min drive which we used often and countless restaurants, ferry’s etc were all within 10-15 mins. Would recommend for family stay!

October 2018 Stay

We chose this home as the destination to celebrate our Mom’s 80th birthday! The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location couldn’t be better with the beach right outside the door, a private pool to enjoy and a bar next door. Management was very pleasant and responsive. Perfect place for a large group! Everyone enjoyed their stay!!

Great experience! Perfect location right on the a beautiful beach.....well equipped kitchen.....lovely decor........perfect for multiple families....we had 6 adults & 6 kids ranging in ages 2-14.....the kids loved their own area on the 3rd floor.......great porch & pool area.....we would, definitely, rent it again!
