Villa Ulivo is located a few steps from the Ira beach, the most beautiful beach of Porto Rotondo, and from the Controira beach. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a bathroom. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. Outside there is a furnished outdoor patio, a beautiful garden with Mediterranean trees and flowers.
