The property was immaculate, well equipped and in a great central location. It would be great for a family or group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in recommending the property to others or staying there again ourselves.

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed with the bar/game room and lack of functional grill as we brought streaks to grill. Overall all the house was perfect for three couples. All bedrooms having their own bathroom is a huge plus.

We rented this beautiful home to gather with our adult kids while visiting relatives in Lexington. It was lovely! There are so many places to go in this house - the carriage house, the sunny back porch, the lovely front porch with rocking chairs plus all the space in the home. It was walkable to downtown with many restaurants, bars and historical markers. It couldn't have been better - we thoroughly enjoyed and Gregory was a fantastic host!
A great way for a little pool, music and TV.
Beautiful - Gregory had even planted some fresh flowers in the pots - despite a chilly forecast the week ahead.
Our adult daughter loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings.
