Nice apartment

Lovely apartment in Nice with good location close to shops and restaurants, and not a far walk to the water. Elevator was small but worked fine. Lack of air conditioning in main bedroom was only downside - ceiling fan helped draw air conditioning from the front rooms which helped some. Check-in and check-out with property manager was quite nice. Overall, would stay again.

Location Location Location

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment. The location was ideal as we were there for the finish of the Tour de France. Everything was on the doorstep. Great shopping, cafes, restaurants, boulangeries all within walking distance. The beach is an easy walk through the old town The apartment was very clean, although the floor mats in the rooms we rolled up and put aside and the shower is in the bathtub so bit of a climb to get in and out of if you have any mobility issues Having an elevator was a big plus as we had a lot of heavy luggage. The kitchen was well equipped. AirCon was an oasis coming home on the warmer days and nights, however this is not in the main bedroom at the back of the apartment but we found the fans were suffice and some cool air made its way back over the day running the A/C Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning next year

Apartment is in great location and there’s easy access to shops, restaurants and points of interest. Beds were comfy and apartment was clean. Alexandra saved us time and money by advising us on which train station to get off (Nice Ville). We were originally going to get off on the Airport station. Alexandra communicated well and was at the property when we arrived to check us in and let us get our vacation underway. Would definitely stay here again!
