Buon appartamento, ottima posizione

Appartamento grande con tutte le occorrenze. Proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico. 5 minuti a piedi per la spiaggia più vicina (molto bella!) ed altre spiagge vicine (serve la macchina). La zona è bellissima e selvaggia con pochi servizi, quindi chi è in cerca di vita notturna, tanti ristoranti ecc. dovrebbe forse cercare altrove. Chi invece ama la natura e posti poco affollati sarà contento!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung in ruhigem Dörfchen

Die geräumige Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt, die Übergabe unkompliziert. Ausstattung gemäss Beschreibung, Geschirr für 6 Personen, Frottierwäsche (nach Aufpreis) ist sehr grosszügig ausgelegt, Durchlauferhitzer mit gutem Wasserdruck. Aussendusche und kleiner Brunnen zum Abwaschen von Sand, schöne Terrasse mit allabendlichem Sonnenuntergang. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns war die Einrichtung der Küche. Kaum Platz zum Gemüse vorbereiten oder Geschirr abstellen. Etwas umständlich zum Kochen und Abwaschen. Küchenutensilien sind die nötigsten vorhanden, nichts doppelt und keine längst abgelaufenen Vorräte vorhanden, wie wir es an anderen Orten schon erlebt haben. Also alles inkl. Gewürze mitbringen. Zu Fuss max. 10 min. zum fast leeren, wunderschönen Strand, zum nächsten Supermarkt 2km. Der Supermarkt führt im Herbst das Nötigste für den täglichen Bedarf. Grössere Einkäufe in 45 Autominuten Entfernung. Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien! Danke an Mariano, wir kommen gerne wieder einmal!

UN POSTO MAGICO !

Abbiamo passato 10 giorni magnifici! La casa gode di un panorama a 180° sul mare, il terrazzino con tavolo esterno è ombreggiato e lo si può utilizzare a colazione, pranzo e soprattutto a cena accompagnati da un splendido tramonto sul mare. Tutto risponde a quanto indicato dal proprietario. Come giustamente indicato nell'annuncio, la località è un po' isolata, le strade della zona sono tortuose e per la spesa bisogna organizzarsi. I vantaggi però sono tanti: nelle diverse e bellissime spiagge delle vicinanze ci sono poche persone (a volte eravamo soli!) e la natura regna sovrana. La sera non aspettatevi "vita notturna" ma si possono contemplare tantissime stelle, si sentono in lontananza le onde del mare e i belati di qualche gregge . Impagabile!

Bellissimo posto

Abbiamo soggiornato dal Sig. Mariano a Gutturu e Flumini per 18 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene, visitando anche le diverse spiagge, tutte bellissime, della zona e diverse attrazioni del posto (miniera di Montevecchio, grotta su Mannau, nuraghi Su Nuraxi, Tharros, ecc) : casa bellissima con tutte le comodita, ben ventilata, con vista sul mare, con terrazzo per mangiare fuori sia a collazione, pranzo che cena! Molto comode il giardino con le doccie e lavandino esterni, il BBQ, la vicinanza a 3 spiagge bellissime e poco frequentate. Unici accorgimenti: purtroppo il WIFI non era attivato come da annuncio ma i telefoni prendevano molto bene quindi ci siamo organizzati cosi; localita molto piccola e alimentari piu vicino a 4 km; acqua non potabile quindi bisogna comprare le bottiglie - bisogna solo saperlo e organizzarci in consequenza. Il Sig. Mariano, che e sempre stato molto disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, e stato molto gentile e ci ha dato alcune bottigle d'acqua al nostro arrivo, non essendoci organizzati. Grazie mille! Consigliatissimo!!

Ancora una volta i nostri ospiti hanno dimostrato apprezzamento a tutte le ottime caratteristiche della casa e della località. Dal canto nostro l’impegno massimo per rendere ancora più piacevole e sicura la vacanza . Per quanto riguarda il collegamento wi.fi , è vero abbiamo avuto dei problemi che saranno risolti quanto prima. L’acqua, per uso igienico sanitario e cucinare va benissimo, non la consigliamo per bere in quanto nel villaggio non abbiano ancora un acquedotto pubblico , e ci serviamo di un acquedotto societario . Si spera per la prossima stagione che anche questo problema sia risolto.

Soggiorno incontaminato!

Casa molto bella, a due passi da una semplice spiaggia ma con un mare favoloso e poco affollata (anche ad Agosto) La struttura è sempre fresca ed arieggiata , ben tenuta, pulita e con un bel terrazzino dove è possibile mangiare. Doccia esterna (molto utile al rientro dal mare) . Molto cordiale il proprietario. Assolutamente Consigliata!!

am Ende der Straße gelegen, dahinter wundervolle Macchia, kurzer Weg zum Meer, (am Weg dorthin sehr gutes Restaurant), tolle Terrasse mit wundervollen Sonnenuntergängen
