The advantage of this finca is that you are in rural area, and only a few minutes away from Buger and 15 minutes by car from the Port of Alcudia with his shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Everything is close and as well you will find beautiful beaches, Aucanada, the beach of Alcudia, Playa de Muro, beach of the Port of Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Formentor, Can Picafort,etc.



The house is distributed in 120 sqm. has a living - dinning rooom, modern equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with bathroom in suite (one with jacuzzi), one bedrooms with two double beds and bathroom with shower, furnished terrace and porch and a pool and has a land of 5.000 sqm. The house has air-conditioning and Wifi!



In addition the North zone of Majorca offers an ample repertoire at cultural level, the Roman theatre of Alcudia, the ruins of Pollentia, the walled city of Alcudia, where in the summer times they offer to the visitors two times a week a theatre (in open air), to inform them about our history.

With respect to the sports, from sailing, parapente en Puig Son San Marti, horse riding, trekking, biking, and the golf field of Aucanada at only 800mts of the house, a whole luxury for the lovers of this sport.
