Nice wooden house on the corner of a row of 4 houses. Large bedrooms, quite small living but Ok for 4 or 5 people.Small garden.Neighbours were rather noisy and BBQ every evening so sitting outside was not very comfortable.Very kind owner.

A perfect chalet to have a perfect holiday

We (grandparents, parents and grandchildren) visit already seven years in a row this perfect chalet. It is beautifully furnished and fully equiped. It is near the skibus, so you don't need your car to reach the skilifts. You immediately feel at home. The housekeeper is very friendly and is always helpfull. Lovely little chalet.

We love this little chalet and returned again this year. We are grandparents (who have skied in the area for 30 years), daughter, son in law and grandchildren now aged 10 and 13.The chalet is great for 4, fine for 6 but only comfy seating for 5. Double bedrooms are large and light with comfy beds. The 3rd bedroom is great for older children but steep staircase may make it unsuitable for little ones.Kitchen is very well equipped. Walking distance to town and to the ski bus stop.

Summer in Samoëns

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 9, 11, 12). The house was very well equipped and we very much appreciated the washing machine. The cycle path behind the house is great, it takes minutes to get to town via bike. The house is really comfortable and the bedrooms large and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. We used the house as a base, visiting the local waterfall's, Grand Massif, Mount Blanc, Morzine and the local attractions like the pool and lake. We had a great time. We ate mostly at home but did have a wonderful meal at The Mezzaine. Thank you for a great summer trip.

Lovely chalet

We are a family group (grandparents, parents and children, 11 and 8). Grandparents have skied in Samoens for 25 years +, rest of the family only once. The chalet was perfect for us. Spacious and well equipped, with lovely extras such as raclette and fondue equipment that made for lovely family dinners. The ski bus was a couple of minutes walk away but we didn’t use it as the queues were quite long ( it was half term !) . We chose to drive one car to main car park with all kit in top box and then take kids later when queues had died down. It was a safe, gentle walk to the lifts. Mme Laffont was a very helpful host. We would choose this chalet again.

Pour les futurs vacanciers, vous devez savoir :Ce n’est pas un chalet, mais un appartement en Triplex avec un petit jardin. L’immeuble comprend 4 appartements. La mitoyenneté (non indiquée dans l’annonce) est bien présente.La 3eme chambre n’est pas une chambre. Il s’agit d’une pièce en mezzanine qui fait moins de 1m80 de hauteur sous plafond. Cette location est idéale pour 4.Le reste de l’annonce est confirme. Les craquements du chalet sont bien présent et s’entendent dans toute la location.

Chalet bien placé, à 10 minutes à pied pour aller chercher le pain et les gâteaux (le septimontain est une tuerie). Beaucoup de fermes et de restaurants très sympas à proximité, il en va de même pour les randonnées. La dame qui accueille est adorable, le chalet était propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se préparer à manger, y compris un appareil à raclette et un autre à fondue. Bref, de quoi passer de bons moments lorsqu'on rentre. Accès Wi-Fi très appréciable ; pour ceux qui veulent, il y a la télévision. La machine à laver, c'est top. Seul bémol pour les dormeurs légers, le plancher craque mais bon, ça fait partie du charme dépaysant du chalet !

Merci pour votre appréciation. Il est vrai que nous apportons une attention sur l’équipement du chalet et de son confort, c est important après une belle journée de balade ou de ski. Concernant le parquet, le bois a travaillé depuis tout ce temps. Nous avons demandé au charpentier qui a construit le chalet de trouver une solution en traitant le bois pour diminuer ces craquements qui font aussi le charme de ce bien.

Vacances à la montagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet idéalement situé, près du centre-ville, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des attractions locales. Le chalet est bien équipé et la dame qui s'occupe de l'arrivée et du départ est vraiment très sympathique. En revanche, un petit bémol : le parquet aux étages et les escaliers craquent beaucoup, ce qui peut être un peu gênant. Malgré cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience et recommandons ce chalet !

Pour des vacances d été pour 4 personnes Location top , propre et bien agencé. Idéalement placé , ni trop prés ni trop loin du centre. Equipement et agencement trés bien. Nous sommes surpris par la remarque sur l’espace repas et douches. Nous n’avons jamais eu de retour négatif à ce sujet depuis 16 années de location. Notre chalet est parfaitement conforme au descriptif et photos du site. Nous avons su que vous aviez avec vous des photos d’un autre bien, d’où peut être une certaine déception. Concernant les craquements, nous sommes désolés que cela ait pu vous déranger. Le bois travaille s’agissant d’un chalet traditionnel. Nous allons étudier les améliorations possibles.
