Modern Villa with views in Galeretes JU

Beautiful Modern Chalet with stunning panoramic views of Dénia, Montgó and the sea. It is located on a fenced plot of 800 m2 with a variety of plants and palm trees. Upstairs there is a living-dining room with TV/SAT and air conditioning, an open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave/grill and fridge with freezer. Access to the 4x8m swimming pool and terrace where an electric barbecue is available.



Through the interior staircase, you access the lower floor with a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom between both rooms. In the basement, there is a laundry room where the washing machine is located.



Distance to Denia 4km, to the beach 3km, bars/restaurants and supermarkets 2.5km. A car is necessary. Pets are not allowed.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Sehr sch&oumlne Villa mit wundbarem Blick aufs Meer

Alles sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich. K&uumlche mit Geschirr top ausgestattet. Sch&oumlner, gro&szliger Pool. Die Lage mit Meerblick ist &uumlberragend! Die Klosp&uumllung war sehr laut und dauerte sehr lange, bis sie das Wasserger&aumlusch aufh&oumlrte. Der Geruch der Putzmittel (Klorix) war drei Tage lang zu riechen.

Wunderschöne Villa - Immer wieder gern

Wir hatten 3 herrliche Urlaubswochen in dieser sehr schönen Villa. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind traumhaft. Alles war bestens vorbereitet und die Betreuung war hervorragend. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Vielen Dank an das Team von Carlosferien, den Pool-Mann und das Gärtner-Team. Wir sind in dem Haus schon mehrmals gewesen. Das Team um Mara und Rene Eng war wie immer sehr nett. Vier Wochen nur schönes Wetter- einfach fantastisch. Sie helfen immer bei allen Dingen !

Für 4 Personen großzügiges Haus. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, daher haben wir den Platz sehr genossen. Der Pool mit dem Liegebereich sehr schön. Die Aussicht!!!Besser geht nichtAusstattung im Haus wie Geschirr etc. alles vorhanden. Das Haus muss innen renoviert werden. Betten sind u.E. nicht mehr zeitgemäss

Modernes Haus mit grossartigen Ausblick auf Meer und Montgo

Wegen des tollen Ausblicks haben wir dieses schöne Haus schon seit vielen Jahren gebucht. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und es werden immer Verbesserungen ( neue große Pergola) durchgeführt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

VACACIONES TRANQUILAS

El alojamiento está muy bien situado con unas vistas al mar y a la montaña inmejorables. Su situación hace la estancia tranquila y de relax. El alojamiento en si es muy cómodo y moderno en comparación a lo que hay en la zona. Sólo hay un problema: aunque el anuncio dice tener 2 baños en la casa, realmente sólo hay uno utilizable. Pero en general hemos estado muy contentos

En cuanto a la hora de entrada siento decirle que nos es imposible organizar todo para que nuestros clientes entren antes, por ello no cobramos los días, cobramos las noches, si no tendrían que salir todos el Viernes en vez de el Sábado por la mañana. No obstante espero que disfrutaran de su estancia y volver a tenerles con nosotros en sus próximas vacaciones.

Sehr schönes Haus in Top-Lage

Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Team mit einem super Service. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute verstanden und wird optimal beraten und auch während der Ferienzeit betreut. Das Haus hat uns im vollem Umfang zugesagt und man merkt sofort, das hier Profis am Werk sind !!! Es muss eigentlich nichts verbessert werden, nur so weitermachen !!!

Wie immer traumhaft

Jedes Jahr ist es für uns die totale Entspannung. 1. Der Herd müsste wirklich mal erneuert werden. Es ist nahezu unmöglich die richtige Einstellung zu finden. 2. Ein Sonnenrollo am Küchenfenster würde die Temperatur im Haus erheblich senken.

Das etwas andere Haus

Ein Ferienhaus, das nicht so düster ist, wie die meisten spanischen Einheits-Häuser mit den vergitterten braunen Holzfenstern. Gallertes JU ist modern, hell, großzügig und in einer Top-Lage oben auf einer kleinen Bergkuppe mit Meer-Blick. Die Serpentinen dort hinauf sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ob man nun 2 oder 6 Minuten zum Meer fährt, ist nicht erheblich.
