Beautiful house next to the beach Puerto Azul 5

Private holiday home 100 metres from the beach with its own garden and direct access to the communal swimming pool.

The chalet is located in the Puerto Azul urbanisation, a small and very quiet residential complex. The house has a living room with air conditioning and fireplace, satellite TV with access to the covered glazed terrace. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker (Silvercrest), kettle and fridge with freezer. Next to the kitchen are two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both with mosquito nets. The air conditioning is located in the hallway in an ideal position that reaches both bedrooms. Opposite the bedrooms is a bathroom with shower. There is a furnished covered terrace with barbecue. It has a private parking space in front of the house. Distance to the beach 100m, shopping and bars/restaurants nearby and Dénia centre 5km.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Nice property..read small print though

This is a comfortable and well equipped property in a nice area...with the beach just at the end of the road. It has a lovely outside seating/bbq area. It has a few restaurants, a supermarket, chemist etc all within walking distance. It is worth noting that you will have to pay for the electricity used at the property, outwith peak season. And there is a 20E fee for picking keys up from an external safe at the agents office...outwith working hours (not just Bank holidays).

Todo: chalet, ubicación, salida directa a la playa, salida directa a la piscina, Muy poca luz en la terraza exterior, a la hora de cenar teníamos que sacar una lámpara de sobremesa y ponerla encima de la mesa y el aire acondicionado del salón que las palas por donde sale el aire por lo visto había alguna pestañita rota y estaban hacia abajo con lo cual el aire no salía bien. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Bereits zum vierten mal dort Urlaub gemacht....

Wir waren bereits zum vierten mal in dem Haus und es hat uns wieder einmal sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist in einer gepflegten Anlage und der Gemeinschaftspool ist nie überfüllt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier die Agentur Carlos Ferien, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht und Probleme schnellstmöglich behoben werden, da können sich so manche Agenturen eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Im Haus das Sofa und das Doppelbett im Elternschlafzimmer sind bereits sehr in die Jahre gekommen und riechen auch dementsprechend muffig, diese könnten bei Gezeiten mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ist wirklich alles perfekt.

Gut, aber es muss etwas gegen das Getier in und am Haus getan werden.

Haus und Anlage sowie die Betreuung durch die Agentur. Die Getiere haben in den letzten beiden Jahren sehr zugenommen. Wir mussten ständig alle Fenster geschlossen halten und haben sämtliche mögliche Zugänge in Waschbecken, der Spüle, im Schlafzimmerschrank etc. abgeklebt.

Schönes Haus nahe am Meer

Die Nähe zum Meer und die Ruhe in dieser abgeschlossenen Ferienhaus-Siedlung. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet...es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist bei starker Kälte schwer warm zu bekommen.

Ubicación perfecta, acogedor, cómodo Pocos cubiertos y las sartenes bastante malas.Aunque este año ha habido menos cucarachas ,siempre nos dan algún susto

schönes haus, sehr gute lage

Haben die Lage, den Wintergarten und Terrasse genossen und waren sehr gern indem Haus. Heizung wäre im relativ kalten Frühling sinnvoll, das Haus war wirklich ausgekühlt.

wieder einmal drei Wochen in Denia :-)

Es sind neue Möbel angeschafft worden (Sofa, Bett im Schlafzimmer), das war mein Kritikpunkt nach meinem letzten Besuch in dem Haus. Die Anlage um das Haus herum ist top gepflegt und das Haus steht an dem schönsten Pool der Anlage (insgesamt gibt es drei). Es wurde neu gestrichen und das Haus wurde top vorbereitet übergeben. Wie immer ein toller und freundlicher Service von Carlos Ferien. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal :-) W-lan sehr sehr langsam und teilweise garnicht vorhanden. Nachmittags auf der Liege eine Serie gucken war leider nur ganz selten drin in den drei Wochen.
