Enjoy a dream holiday surrounded by the beautiful Sardinian nature, with palms, olive and lemon trees, 200 mt from the large San Gemiliano beach. Try our local flavors with grilled fish directly from the barbecue in the garden, or taste a Sardinian breakfast on the terrasse. Kids will also enjoy playing in our big garden.
The apartment, in typical Sardinian style, is on the first floor of a house with garden. It's composed of two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and a terrasse where you can eat your meals surrounded by the beautiful nature. There is a private parking and a big barbecue in the garden.

Die Gastgeberin "Rica" ist einmalig. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit dabei aber immer zurückhaltend. Der große Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Früchten ist sehr schön angelegt und man bekommt von Rica immer mal wieder Früchte ode Gemüse zum naschen. Die Einrichtung ist eine Sammlung verschiedener Epochen, aber die Gastgeberin legt großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit z.B auch mit Mülltrennung.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit auf Anfrage. Ansonsten eher zurückhaltend. Die Wohnung hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Küchenaustattung vollwertig. Lage der Wohnung optimal wegen der strandnähe und wir konnten viele Ausflüge starten von der Unterkunft weg. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei was überhaupt kein Problem war weil der Garten hoch eingezäunt ist. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wunderbare Oase

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation vorher und während unseres Aufenthaltes lief ohne Probleme. Signora Rika war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt. Die Wohnung und Küche war sehr ordentlich und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Der Garten ist ein Paradies. Der Strand ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir empfehlen eine Anreise mit dem Auto. Dir Lage ist gut, Ausflüge in andere Orte und in die Berge bieten sich an. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage und herzliche Vermieterin

Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern in der Ferienwohnung. Die Nähe zum Meer in nur 5 min Fußmarsch war ein Traum! Auch die Dachterrasse haben wir genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Im Garten blühen Zitronen und sämtliche Blumen. Alles in allem familienfreundlich und gut ausgestattet.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohung inmitten einer Oase

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, welche mit allem ausgestattet ist für Kochen oder auch die nützliche Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und Rennead fahren Richtung Berge ist auch ideal. Wir bekamen bei Anreise eine Flasche Wein und frische Feigen und Kekse. Sehr schön und nur zu empfehlen.

Erwartungen übertroffen!

Lieben Dank an die sehr liebe, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jede Anfrage wurde 100%ig und schnell beantwortet/umgesetzt. Die Wohnung bietet für 4 Personen viel Platz, der Garten durfte benutzt werden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und Badetücher/Handtücher sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Kinder durften sogar mit Spielzeugen der Enkelin spielen. Wir alle haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und werden diese Gastegeber/Haus sehr weiter empfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal! L’appartement est très bien situé à 200m de la plage, bien équipé, avec une terrasse au soleil le matin et à l’ombre l’après-midi, ce qui permet d’en profiter toute la journée. Le port pour les excursions en bateau est à 5mn en vélo, et le centre ville de Tortoli à 5 mn en voiture. La propriétaire est ABSOLUMENT ADORABLE, aux petits soins, particulièrement disponible, et prête à rendre service, elle est vraiment exceptionnelle !

Esperienza piacevolissima

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l’appartamento per una settimana: molto pulito, accogliente e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere la spiaggia di San Gemiliano e il resto delle spiagge della zona. Degne di nota la gentilezza della proprietaria e la sua disponibilità. Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cane che è stato ben accolto e coccolato da tutti. Un’esperienza decisamente positiva, In una casa splendida, grazie mille!!! Consigliatissimo!

casa silenziosa accogliente vicinissima al mare

Abbiamo passato una decina di giorni magnifici, la proprietaria e di una gentilezza e disponibilita' uniche. L'appartamento e' al piano di sopra di una villa molto bella con bellissimo giardino ben tenuto. Nostra figlia ha gradito moltissimo! La terrazza per mangiare all'aperto, non grandissima, e' molto soleggiata e da direttamente sulla cucina. Il soggiorno e' ampio, cosi' come le stanze, il bagno attrezzato di tutto. perfetta per una famiglia di due adulti e un bambino, ma la casa puo' certamente accogliere anche piu' persone.

Appartement très conforta...

Appartement très confortable et très bien situé. A faible distance d'une belle plage de sable il permet de s'y rendre rapidement à pied. La montagne n'est pas très loin, c'est une bonne base de départ pour découvrir la région et ses richesses naturelles. (Ne pas rater la balade en bateau). Enfin, l'accueil est extraordinaire. Merci, merci, merci, à Salvatorica pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et tout le reste. En résumé, une adresse que nous conseillons vivement ! ps : juste un détail : faites vous bien expliquer l'itinéraire pour trouver la maison car elle n'est pas facile à trouver la première fois (le chemin de terre n'était pas mentionnée sur notre gps). Demandez donc le nom de la rue principale la plus proche.

"Appartamento funzionale e confortevole, contesro gegrafico mozzafiato, poi che dire della padrona di casa, gentile e disponibile, ma assolutamente non invadente. Si puo scordare la macchina per andare al mare alla bella spiaggia li vicino. tutto bene."

"La casa, da noi scelta quest'estate, rappresenta la cornice ideale di una famiglia come la nostra che vuole trascorrere , a contatto con la natura, un periodo di riposo lontano dai rumori e dallo stress di tutti i giorni. Risponde pienamente alla descrizione presente sul sito. Per la sua vicinanza alla Marina di San Gemiliano e alle bellissime spiaggie dell'Ogliastra inoltre, unitamente alla cortesia, disponibilità e riservatezza della proprietaria Sig.ra S., ci sentiamo di consigliarla a nuovi possibili turisti come noi. "E' un posto ideale per famiglie. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi. Intorno, a distanze ravvicinate, si possono godere paesaggi incantevoli. La struttura e la composizione interna della casa è veritiera. La cortesia dei proprietari è indimenticabile."
