IDEAL HABITATION FOR ONE / TWO FAMILY GROUPS (2 ADULTS + 2 ADULTS WITH CHILD OR 2 ADULTS WITH 1 or 2 CHILDREN AND A CHILD/YEAR). Cosy small villas

The city is 20 min walk and you have a good pizza in 10min walk (Baia Saraceno restaurant in camping). The host is very well organized - we had everything before coming. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien. Der Grundriss des Hauses hat perfekt fĂŒr 4 Personen gepasst. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren super, Matratzen gut; insgesamt ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Der Kontakt zu Roberto lief einwandfrei. Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Der Blick aufs Meer ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der verschlungene Pfad zum Meer (2 Minuten zu Fuß) hat uns genauso gut wie die kleine Bucht und das Meer gefallen.

Schöner Urlaub-tolle Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Anlage! Die Ausstattung ist gut, insgesamt ist das Haus aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage in den SchlafrĂ€umen ist richtig gut, im Wohn-Esszimmer kann man gut den Wind durchziehen lassen! Es gibt zahlreiche StrĂ€nde in unmittelbarer NĂ€he und in Palau sind viele gute Restaurants und SupermĂ€rkte! Der Vermieter kĂŒmmert sich sehr gut und ist immer ĂŒber WhatsApp erreichbar!

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines dans la maison de Roberto. Elle est située dans un lotissement hyper calme, a 20 mn à pied de Palau. Nous avons énormément apprécié l'accÚs à la petite plage située a 3 mn à pied qui nous permettait de nous baigner puis de rentrer quand bon nous semblait. Un grand merci à Roberto pour son accueil et surtout pour son excellente communication. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Schönes Haus in Palau

Gute Ausstattung, man merkt, dass der Besitzer es auch selbst nutzt, Matratzen sind sehr gut! WohnEsszimmer hell und mit sehr schönem Blick nach La Maddalena. Insgesamt jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Duschen wenig Wasser, Fliegengitter undicht/alt. Strand in Laufentfernung zum Schnellen ins Wasser springen gut, fĂŒr einen Strandtag jedoch ungeeignet. Schöne StrĂ€nde aber in Auto Entfernung!

Un petit paradis

La maison est impeccablement situĂ©e avec une vue sur mer Ă  l'avant et une distribution originale qui a enchantĂ© les enfants (10,13 et14 ans). La demeure est sĂ©parĂ©e en deux par terasse exteriĂ©ure et un joli jardin. D'un cĂŽtĂ© une chambre avec salle de bain et toilettes, salon et cuisine. De l'autre deux belles chambres avec salle de bain et toilette. On ne s'est pas marchĂ© dessus et tout le monde Ă©tait content de cette semi autonomie. La terasse est spacieuse et protĂ©gĂ©e du soleil. La maison et bien Ă©quipĂ©e et elle se trouve dans une rĂ©isdence pruvĂ©e extrĂȘmement bien entretnue et arborĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Quelle tranquilitĂ©. En sortant de la maison, un petit chemin vous amĂšne Ă  une jolie petite plage en moins de deux minutes. La vue est splendide. Il faut laisser la voiture Ă  l'entrĂ©e de la maison sur un parking commun Ă  150 mĂštres. Cela rend la rĂ©sidence trĂšs sĂ»re, pas de risques pour les enfants avec les voitures. Concernant le logement, il est Ă  20 minutes Ă  pied du centre de Palau. LE chemin est agrĂ©able et Palau est une charmante petite ville, propre, et qui a gardĂ© une taille humaine, prĂ©servĂ©e de grands immeubles, l'architecteure est homogĂšne. C'est trĂšs joli. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© tous les sevices qu'elle propose et la possibilitĂ© de pouvoir embarquer pour l'ile de la Maddalena et Caprera. Deux autres perles de ce littoral. Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour et la maison de Roberto y est pour beaucoup. Enfin, Roberto est un super hĂŽte, charmant, conciliant, toujours disponible. Il a tout fait pour satisfaire nos demandes. Un grand merci !

Schöne Villetta in perfekter Lage

Die sehr gut ausgestattete Villetta befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Ferienanlage mit Meerblick. In zwei Gehminuten erreicht man den Sandstrand in einer kleinen Bucht, in zehn Minuten das Zentrum/den Hafen von Palau (mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Mit dem Auto gelangt man in kurzer Zeit zu den örtlichen SupermÀrkten und interessanten Ausflugszielen (z.B. mit der FÀhre nach La Maddalena und Caprera). Die Kommunikation mit unserem mehrsprachigen Gastgeber Roberto war sehr herzlich. Er war jederzeit per Whattsapp zu erreichen und hat unsere Fragen hervorragend beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein sĂŒĂŸes kleines HĂ€uschen am Meer

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer kleinen, verkehrsberuhigten Anlage. Die HĂ€user sind dort alle schon etwas Ă€lter, umso grĂŒner ist es rundherum. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist aber zu Fuß in 10 Min. in Palau am Hafen. Dort ist auch ein sehr schöner Strand, kleine GeschĂ€fte, Restaurants etc. Das Haus selbst ist toll aufgeteilt mit dem Vorder- und Hinterhaus und dem kleinen Hof dazwischen. Wir haben im Haus alles an Ausstattung vorgefunden, was man so braucht. Das Haus und das Inventar sind tw. schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.

Nous avons passĂ© d’excellente vacances dans cette propriĂ©tĂ© qui est idĂ©alement situĂ©e. Une sĂ©rie de petites plages sont Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied de la location par un petit passage dans les bois. Le port de Palau pour embarquer sur les iles est 3 minutes en voiture. Cette location est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, conforme Ă  la description. Elle est trĂšs calme car nous Ă©tions quasiment seuls dans cette rĂ©sidence privĂ©e en septembre, sans voisinage. Le calme sera bien sur dĂ©pendant de votre voisinage qui est trĂšs proche.

A cozy nest near Paula

Roberto’s house is exactly he listed. Only a minutes walk to nearest little beach and 20min walk to Paula town. Roberto has been solved for all our concerns - he is a great communicator! It was quite reasonable prices rental compare to other accommodations in high peak. Perfect size for three couples! We love the out side siting spaces. Thank you so much Roberto. Superbe sĂ©jour les pieds dans l’eau

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Roberto, avec nos enfants de 3, 5 et 9 ans. La résidence est piétonne ce qui est super avec les enfants. Des petites plages sont accessibles à pied pour le plaisir de tous, à seulement 2 min. La vue de la mer de la maison est splendide. Roberto nous a trÚs bien accueilli.

Das Haus war super sauber, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Mit Kleinkind sehr entspannt da man einen kleinen Innenhof mit Gras hat wo es rumtollen kann ohne permanent daneben zu stehen um aufzupassen. Morgens vor dem Haus frĂŒhstĂŒcken mit Blick zum Meer und Abends hinter dem Haus im Innenhof. Roberto war super zu erreichen und versorgt einen mit tollen Tipps. Danke nochmal Roberto!

Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©ablement surpris pas la maison de Roberto, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, et une jolie vue sur la mer. Plusieurs petites criques se trouvent Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied de la maison oĂč il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e par rapport au port ce qui permet de dĂ©couvrir facilement les magnifiques Ăźles Madalenna. Roberto Ă  toujours rĂ©pondu rapidement aux messages.

Toller Urlaub!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem sehr ruhigen Feriendorf. Der Blick aufs Meer vom vorderen Garten ist herrlich. Zum Meer sind es ca. 2-3 Minuten, wo es einen kleinen ebenfalls sehr ruhigen und schönen Strandabschnitt gibt. Die Außenanlagen des Hauses bzw. der ganzen Feriendorfanlage sind gĂ€rtnerisch sehr schön gepflegt und die Ruhe durch das Fahrverbot herrlich zum Entspannen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt um diverse StrĂ€nde an der NordkĂŒste zu erkunden. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
