Villa located in the quiet state of Aigua Gelida, **just 1'5 Km from the front beach of Tamariu with nice garden, private pool and a wonderful view over the sea**.

The ground floor consist a very large and bright living room with access to a nice large terrace with electric blind and sitting group leading to the pool area from where you can enjoy amazing sea views. This floor offers also a fully equipped kitchen and water.

On the first floor there are one twin room, one double room, both with access to a terrace with sea views one bathroom and one shower room.

On the basement we find an independent studio with kitchen, shower-room, wardrobe and twin room. The studio offers an acces to the garden. Barbecue. Outside parking. Wifi.
