- Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a terrific central location in the Village of Duval only minutes away from golfing, swimming, shopping and dining.

- Less than 10 minutes from Sumter Landing and even closer to the Colony Shopping Center which offers a Publix grocery, Walgreen Pharmacy, banking, and a variety of shopping and dining options.

- The home’s front door has a stained glass window that welcomes you into a well decorated great room with a entertainment center including a large screen TV.

- The kitchen has all the latest appliances with everything you need to prepare and serve your meals.

- Just off the great room is an enclosed lanai that makes a great second TV or social room with an outside patio including a pergola and BQ grill to enjoy the private back yard area.

- The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and private master bathroom with two sinks and two large his and her closets.

- The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV while the third bedroom has a small office area with a couch that converts to a queen size bed.

- The second bathroom is well located between the two bedrooms for easy access. All flooring is either newly tile or laminated. The home includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a much sought after golf cart garage with Yamaha gas golf cart. Also Pet Friendly. Pets have to be approved by the owner.

A Village Resident ID Card allows the play of any of the 29 executive golf courses with no green fees, as well as the use of any of the swimming pools, horseshoe pits, and bocci ball, shuffle, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and sand volley ball courts. It also entitles you to pay a resident’s green fees at the 11 championship courses. The ID allows you access to over 100 organized activities every week offered through the Recreation Center. Great place and location

Did a 2 1/2 month visit and the place was great. Had plenty of supplies and well equipped so all we really had to get was food. Owner was great to work with and very responsive to our questions. Love the outside patio area.

Great place to stay!

We had to find a place to stay for a month while we helped our parents transition to assisted living. Thankfully Pat’s place was available when we needed it. Nice area in The Villages. Home was comfortable and well equipped. My husband and I were able to work remotely. Even though our stay wasn’t for vacation, we still found time to wind down in the evening taking the furnished golf cart to nearby restaurants and the squares for the entertainment. My husband & son even got a chance to play on one of the championship golf courses (he wished he had time to play more). Pat was a great host. If we ever need to visit The Villages in the future, we’ll definitely try to rent this home again.

I enjoyed a one month stay at this location. Pat was an awesome property owner/manager. He was very quick to respond to any questions. A "guest" pass is required to enjoy the 100 pools and numerous golf courses. The Duval neighborhood pool is located less than a mile from the house. The neighborhood is very suited for walkers. The house is as advertised, very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully outfitted with many small appliances and cookware. It was a great location to relax and enjoy the pools!

This is a first rate property in excellent condition. It is right in the middle of things and both Sumter Landing and Brownwood are a short golf cart ride away. The cart is almost brand new and runs perfectly. This is a house you move right into and start having fun right away. The owner/renter is a nice person to deal with.

Great Location - Great Home

This was our 5th trip to The Villages and this by far was the best home we've rented. It was a perfect location and the home was very clean and well furnished. Short golf cart ride to pool, stores and Village Square. Can't say enough about the owner - was great to work with. We plan to return for our 6th visit - and hopefully rent this home again.

Great location - close to golf, restaurants and pool.

Love the Villages and will recommend this property to all my friends as well as return year after year. Home in new conditions, well furnished with all the amenities. The location is close to all the activities and room for two cars as well as your golf cart. Lani with outside patio is a great place to enjoy a good barbecue with friends. Great place and had a great time.
