3 bedroom 2 Bath Ranch home, located in the Village of Tall Trees. close to shopping, churches, and restaurants. Master Bedroom has a king size. bed, 2nd Bedroom has Queen, third bedroom has 2 twin beds, for those visiting grandkids. There is a 3 season room, plus big outdoor patio. Tv's in Living room, Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. You will love the open concept, inviting floor plan. Judy is always available for anything you need 262-391-9869.
The very comfortable recliner in the living room is great, especially after a long day of fun. WIFI , along with a lithium electric quite golf cart that goes 65 miles between charges, is there for your use. .
Village ID's are $50.00 for 2 travelers. You will need to send me your names, addresses, and phone numbers after you reserve the unit. They will give you access to be able to reserve tee times , use the pools and Rec centers that are available to the owners. Home is tucked away in a little village area with pool close by. So come on down and experience the life style of The Villages.

The pictures do not give this place justice. A true gem. Conveniently located to shopping, Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs, and an enjoyable golf car drive to Brownwood. We will definitely stay here again.

A very nice home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but near plenty of services. It is super clean and well appointed. Communication with the property manger is responsive and very helpful.

Better than expected - Reasonable Priced!

We have stayed at 3 other villas in The Villages. This one was well maintained despite its age. We enjoyed its closeness to Lake Sumter and other amenities TV has to offer. The owner was helpful in answering questions after our arrival. As we will be moving to TV next month, I would recommend this owner’s properties to others

Was a little nervous about renting on line. Should not have been. House was beautiful and clean. There was plenty room for us and it was right in the middle of the Villages. Will definitely stay here again!

Just Perfect

Having lived in The Villages for 17 years (recently moved back north to be with the grand children) and hearing horror stories about rentals, I can assure you this is not one of them. The house is fully stocked, fully furnished, and located in the center of the active portion of The Villages, I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed my stay in this house. Next trip down you can be sure that I'll arrange my trip around the availability dates on this unit

Great first village experience

Great location and very comfortable home! Everything we needed was at the house. It was our first stay in the villages and we lucked out picking a great home in a great spot. We are not great with online instructions at our age-but we managed booking on-line and all other communications online. We had a question for the owner when we arrived and she responded immediately. Very clean and homey house lots of room! The king bed in master is on the firm side-but after a few days we were use to it! I would highly recommend this home! Thanks for the great accommodations!

Nice 14 day Stay August 23 2023

House is clean, stocked with enough paper goods, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies to get you started. We replaced what was used and made a few suggestions:electric floor vacuum, kitchen dish scrubber, dish drainer as we prefer to wash dishes by hand in addition to the dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking/baking needs. We made fresh baked breakfast muffins, pizza plus. This is our 3rd stay with Host Judy and Manager Rita. Both ladies are quick to respond if there are any questions or issues. A few easy turns to get back to the street but well worth the effort. We would highly recommend either house on Five Forks to our family and friends. 🌻🌻🌻

I am a snowbird from Wi. I have lived in the Villages since 2004. When I moved here, there were 40,000 people. Sumter Landing and beyond were not built yet. My how fast we grew. This is such a fun place to live. There are so many clubs and actives available. All the recreation centers and Country Clubs are available to everyone. over hundred pickleball courts, pools in every nieghborhood, Golf is free if you walk, or you can take your cart and pay a small fee on the executive courses

Why they chose this property

I love the Village of TallTrees. Only one road goes through, so its not busy. Love the friendly people, the friendly pool, and access to shopping, church and Restaurants.
We are located near 466 that have a lot of restaurants and shopping . 3 miles to Sumter Landing town squares.

What makes this property unique

There his a great golf cart for travelers to use. It has a lithium battery which will go about 50 miles between charges, It has side doors that just pull shut. No getting out and rolling down the plastic sides.
