Quiet studio in the countryside of Meyreuil


This studio with small garden is located in the owner's residence. It is independent of the owner's house. It is surrounded by tin laurel hedges to preserve its privacy. Very quiet environment.

The main room consists of three spaces:
- a dining area with table and chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, freezer, washing machine)
- an equipped bedroom area (double bed, bedside table, etc.) isolated by curtains from the other spaces.
- a living area with television, sofa, wardrobe

The bathroom and toilet has been completely renovated.

All of this is complemented by a terrace equipped with table, chairs, electric barbecue, parasol
Guests can grill and enjoy them in the shade of the mulberry plane tree and enjoy the swimming pool.

If you like them, a huge fig tree will hand you its delicious figs.
The discreet owners will nevertheless be at your attention if you wish and may be able to advise you for your visits.

The qualities of this studio are calm, tranquility and serenity. If this is what you are looking for for your holiday, don't hesitate.

Pleasantly located 4 km from Aix en Provence, you can enjoy this beautiful city, and find yourself in the countryside at night.

Shops (supermarket, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, post office) and restaurants are 2 km away.

Un sejour très agréable

A very pleasant holiday in a pretty place. The studio is big and well-equipped (it practically has everything you need)and there's a swimming pool just outside. The area is calm and quiet. The landlords are nice, hospitable and helpful. The location gives a lot of privacy and is ideal if you want to relax, but is also a good point to start from for various excursions. The only things is that is a bit isolated and you cannot really go anywhere on foot, but have to take the bus. All in all though, I definitely recommend it!

Séjour au calme à Meyreuil

Studio très propre, dont l’espace est optimisé.La piscine se trouve à quelques mètres et l’accès y est libre, ce qui est très agréable.L’endroit est calme et proche de nombreux sites à découvrir ( Montagne Ste Victoire, Lac de Bimont…). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et réactifs lorsque l’on pose des questions.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous gardons cette bonne adresse dans nos contacts !

Séjour très agréable

En arrivant nous avons eu la belle surprise de découvrir que le logement avait été refait à neuf et du changement, en positif, concernant le couchage. Hélène et Serge sont très accueillants et disponibles. Avec ma petite-fille nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moments à la piscine.

Studio très accueillant et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location. Le studio est bien équipé et conforme à la description et aux photos jointes. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Nous les en remercions vivement. La région est jolie et les visites et balades agréables. Nous gardons de jolis souvenirs de notre séjour et n’hésiterons pas à y retourner si l’occasion se présente.

Location conforme à la description. Petit plus le congélateur. Accueil agréable et chaleureux. Propriétaires prèt à vous renseigner sur la découverte de la région et disponibles pour tout autres demandes. Nous avons avons passé un très bon séjour à l'ombre du figuier qui nous a apporté fraîcheur sous le soleil des Bouches du Rhône.

Studio au calme, bien situé par rapport à Aix et Marseille

Nous venons de passer une semaine sous le soleil de Provence pour visites (voiture indispensable) promenades et farniente. Nous tenons à le dire tout de suite: ayant fait le trajet jusqu'à Aix en Ouigo, nos horaires n'étaient pas forcément souples... Les propriétaires se sont montrés particulièrement arrangeants pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, c'était super! Par ailleurs, nous avons été très bien accueillis: appel téléphonique préalable, indications d'accès et informations pratiques à l'arrivée... Par la suite, même s'ils restaient disponibles pour toute question, ils ont été très discrets. Bref, très bien de ce côté! Le studio est tel que représenté sur les photos. Propre, bien équipé, avec les produits de base pour l'entretien. Petite terrasse sympathique à l'ombre... anti-moustique à prévoir tout de même pour l'extérieur (pour l'intérieur, la fenêtre est équipée d'un moustiquaire). Quant-à la piscine, nous avons pu l'apprécier par les chaleurs qu'il faisait, et grand luxe... elle était à nous seuls à chaque baignade! Bonne adresse en ce qui nous concerne.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très fonctionnel, propre, il ne manque rien. La piscine mériterait un peu plus d'entretien ( tonte pelouse ) et un petit parasol pour les locataires ;) Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, disponibles et de bons conseils pour les visites !

Totalmente recomendable

Hemos pasado 12 noches en Meyreuil y lo recomendamos totalmente. La casita es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario, y la piscina nos ha dado mucha vida. Después de pasar el día de excursiones, es una gozada llegar a casa y tener la piscina siempre disponible. Está muy bien situada para poder moverte por la Provenza, Camargue e incluso Costa Azul. Muchas gracias Serge y Helene por vuestra hospitalidad y amabilidad. Recomendable al 100%

c'etait ce que nous recherchions

3 semaines de vacances passées dans cette jolie petite location de Meyreuil. Nous sommes repartis ravis. l'annonce est conforme à la réalité, les avis précédents sont également fiables . c'est calme, le studio est très bien agencé. rien ne manque. la terrasse et petit carré de jardin sont très plaisants. on y a passé nos journées et soirées. les propriétaires, de bons conseils au niveau des visites et restaus, sont discrets. c'est une location que nous réserverons de nouveau si nous devons revenir dans la région.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nos hôtes étaient très sympathiques, serviables sans être envahissants. L'endroit est propice au calme et à la détente tout en ayant le nécessaire à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

FANTASTISCHE LOCATIE !

Leuke schone studio in mooie omgeving en vriendelijke, klantgerichte eigenaren. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en extra's als gebruik van zwembad voor de deur, barbecue, wasmachine en zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren maakten het verblijf tot een top vakantie. Daar de studio in een dorp ligt is het wel noodzakelijk dat je over eigen vervoer beschikt.

Geweldige locatie

Leuke studio met alles wat je nodig hebt in een rustige mooie omgeving. Er is ook een barbecue aanwezig en je kunt gebruik maken van het zwembad wat tegenover het huisje ligt. De eigenaren zijn heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij en raden deze locatie dan ook van harte aan. Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad. Marseille en Aix en provence zijn dichtbij en de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Eigen vervoer is wel noodzakelijk.

Excellent séjour

Dans un cadre de nature reposant, un studio simple mais avec tout le nécessaire, je me suis vraiment senti chez moi de suite. Les propriétaires très chaleureux et qui habitent dans la propriété ne sont ni distants ni envahissant, toujours prêts à faire le nécessaire pour que tout se passe bien. Je suis resté un mois pour un séjour professionnel, et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner et je le recommanderai à mes amis. Il faut une voiture pour bien profiter du séjour. Astuce: Au bas de la colline à l'entrée de Aix, il y a le parc relais Malacrita. Pour 2€ ils vous gardent la voiture et vous donnent des tickets de bus pour la journée. Très pratique pour passer la journée en ville.
