Everything you need to enjoy your holiday in Nice. Perfect location, 400m to the beach, 200m to the pedestrian area, restaurants, shops, and museums. The tram will take you straight from the airport terminal to 200m outside the apartment in 20 mins for 1.70 euros.

Free wifi, and a Smart TV. All English channels (IPTV) and French Orange TV. Fully air-conditioned for the hot months and triple glazed windows to ensure peaceful nights.
