Relax by the sea

The location is relaxing if you want to relax. Otherwise it is also convenient for sightseeing points of interest from Carnac, Concarneau, oyster beds, Pont-Aven, Brest, Point de Rez and many other locations. You can come back to a beautiful white sand beach and swim and relax. Accommodations are basic but fulfill all needs, and the owner is delightful and delighted to visit with you. I would love to spend more time there on slow speed.

Perfectly located, sweet house, nearly at beach

We spend a wonderful week in Loctudy (2 adults, teenager and cat, from the Netherlands). The house is located in a quiet corner of the Pais Vigouden, yet a perfect location to discover this part of Finistere. This part of the coast of Bretange is dotted with picturesque small harbour villages. We enjoyed good cup of coffee with wonderful harbour views in most of them and our daughter loved the delicious local apple juice. Nearly every village has a few places to buy fresh fish and shellfish. We explored the coastal area and visited Loctudy, Lesonil, Ile-Tudy, Guilvinec, Pont l'Abbe, Quimper, Penmarch, Pointe-du-Raz and Benodet. The beach of Traon is so close to the house that we walked it at least twice a day. The house was clean, pleasant and complete. It had everything we needed. We were made a great welcome by the owner and also liked the friendliness of the Bretons. Next year we are going back to spend another week.

Süßes kleines Häuschen, 2. Reihe zum Meer, alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt im Nachbarhaus. Fußläufig bis zum schönen Sandstrand läuft man ca 15min. Dort gibt es aber auch einen großen Parkplatz. Fernsehen mit vielen deutschen Programmen. Es ist richtig schön ruhig.

Ganz nah am Meer

50m Fußweg und man ist am Meer, weitläufiger Strand in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Angenehmes Haus, freundliche Vermieterin, alles hat gepasst.

Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Madame Marc hat sich sehr warmherzig und äußerst freundlich um uns gekümmert. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und der Abschied fiel uns nicht leicht. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, es liegt fast unmittelbar am Meer und verfügt über alles Notwendige - sogar über einen (fast privaten) Zugang zur Küste. Die benachbarten Ferienorte sind sehr schön und bieten viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Très joli endroit

Cette maison est très confortable, et l'accueil très chaleureux. La mer est juste à coté ce qui lui donne une situation remarquable (trop de rochers pour se baigner, mais très beau) Pour se baigner, il faut marcher seulement 8 minutes pour avoir une belle et grande plage de sable fin. Le jardin n'est pas séparé de celui de la propriétaire, ainsi que le garage juste en dessous de la chambre principale. Cela peut être gênants pour les familles qui souhaitent s'isoler. L'endroit est par contre très calme tout au long de la journée. Merci pour cet accueil.

Merci Ewan pour les gentilles notations. A propos de la position du garage, juste en dessous de la chambre, plutôt que de l'écrire, c'eut été plus judicieux de me le faire remarquer oralement. Ainsi m'offrir la possibilité de solutionner le problème en toute discrétion, pour éviter que ça puisse éventuellement être un critère de désinterêt à la lecture de votre commentaire quand au choix de ma maison pour mes futurs locataires.

Séjour parfait à Loctudy

La maison et son jardin sont très agréables, à deux pas de la mer et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Il est possible de faire toutes ses courses à vélo - la vitesse est limitée et des pistes cyclables sont aménagées - au jardin potager, au port ou au supermarché. On mange confortablement dehors et à l'intérieur. Le soir le salon est parfait avec un bel écran TV. On dort bien à l'étage. Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer un bon moment avec Chantal et sa fille Pauline que nous saluons ici !
