The home has a large front and back yard to relax and enjoy the night sky or BBQ in the backyard.

The home is within walking distance of HEB and the heart of Boerne. It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath and lots of space and area to enjoy.

Due to the new Boerne/Kendall County regulations, the home is limited to 8 guests and 3 vehicles. Please let us know if you need more than that as we must make the necessary arrangements and fees. (Permit, Insurance, etc.)

Perfect location and size for our children and grandchildren to stay. Nice backyard too. Loved location by grocery , donut shop and Main Street. Owner had excellent communication and response to us. Highly recommend!

Walkable Downtown Boerne

We had an enjoyable 1-week stay. Property was clean and comfortable. The amazing HEB grocery store was a 5 minute walk out the front door and had everything we needed and much more. Downtown shops and Cíbolo Creek walks were 0.5-1.0 miles away and provide lots to see and do.

Nice time with our friends

We were very pleased with our stay there. The home is very clean and has lots of room for friends and family. The neighnorhood is very quiet and the HEB is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood with close amenities

We enjoyed three weeks in this home with our fur babies. The yard was nice with several live oaks and a secure fence. The BBQ/ smoker was awesome for backyard cooking and the house was just right for our group

Hill Country Motorcycle trip

This house was amazing! The owners left water and soft drinks in the fridge, along with milk and orange juice. There was cereal and delicious bread left on the table for us. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels. We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious and Clean

This house is much larger than the pictures. The yard is also large and well fenced. My very urban dogs loved it and especially liked replying back to the roosters in the neighborhood. Great location.

Pure relaxation

The property was clean and if I had any concerns, the owners were awesome. My husband and I stayed there while our house was being repaired in San Antonio. We were under so much stress that the stay in Boerne was amazing and very relaxing. My dogs loved the yard. And I think they actually miss it now. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot in Boerne

We were in Boerne for our daughters wedding and this house was the perfect size and location for all of us. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the yard was perfect for them to run and play and even had a separate hated area for them if you needed it. The breakfast items , (milk,OJ,fruit,cookies) were very nice to have supplied. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable and I personally enjoyed the huge garden tub in the master bath. One more thing is it’s literally walking distance to H‑E‑B. Would def stay again if we go to Boerne.
