Charming cottage in garden setting.1 bedroom(queen bed)1bath .Large gardens for lounging.Well equipped kitchen, 2 large dining tables outside dining deck, cottage furnishings....TV,washer/dryer. The cottage is close to the art festivals. The Sawdust Festival is minutes away, the Art a Fair and the Festival of the Arts are a short walk , as well as restaurants and bars at The Hive.The village and beaches, are 15 minutes walk and there is a free trolley to take you into town .. We are adjacent to hiking trails in Laguna Canyon( up canyon Acres ) Laguna is famous for pristine surfing beaches , art galleries, and wonderful restaurants.
Everything is within walking distance,yet surrounded by country like setting.

Sweet cottage

It's in a very tight group of old and some lovely new houses. You can hear neighbors all the time, even washer and dryer on neighbors porch adjacent to bedroom. Difficult parking. Bottom of hillside so if concerned about fire or slides would not be good place to rent. Enjoyed front and backyard trees and convenient to downtown Laguna and Sawdust Festival.

Lovely long-term stay at cozy cottage

My partner and I stayed at Valerie's cottage for three months and it truly felt like home. Situated in a small community about a half mile from downtown Laguna, the cottage has beautiful gardens both in the back and front yard which was a highlight of our stay. We were both comfortable working remotely from the cottage. Valerie was very responsive and gave us plenty of tips to explore Laguna. Thank you, Valerie! We hope to return in the future.

Magical Little Cottage

We have stayed in multiple locations in Laguna Beach. This cottage was tucked away in a quiet enclave walking distance to downtown. The Dutch doors on either end of cottage let the breeze blow through and the sweet garden was a favorite spot to read and have a drink. We loved it.
