This is Laguna Beach paradise. Walking distance to downtown Laguna and the beach (less than 5 minutes). Ocean views from every room. Newly remodeled kitchen includes Bertazzoni professional series gas range, dishwasher, LG washer and dryer. Outdoor shower for beach days. Speakman showerhead inside with the best water pressure. Hosts live upstairs with 2 cats. This is a downstairs unit with a separate entrance, accessible through August home Wi-Fi Smart Lock (can be controlled by app or keypad).

Warm, light-filled Laguna bungalow. The entire downstairs unit is reserved for our guests. (guests have their own washer/dryer, kitchen, entrance). Peaceful, clean, happy place close to all the best of Laguna Beach.
