Situated on a little hill just before St-Florent, the residence enjoys a wonderful view over the sea of the whole gulf as far as the Agriates desert that is just in the front. At your shoulders you can catch the charm of the famous incontaminated nature of Patrimonio's vineyards with its old village. It is possible to go by foot to the beach and there is the possibility to reach the famous paradisiac beaches of white sand and clear water of Lotu and Saleccia by boat.
A deposit of 600 euros is required to be paid in cash at the arrival. This sum will be refounded upon departure if there has been no damage.

Only a few weeks ago we stayed at this house during our vacation in St.-Florent and we already miss it. It is a great, well equipped and charming house with a wonderful, stunning view over the St.-Florent gulf. And to make things even better, you can watch it from the pool. It's a small one but it's absolutely refreshing. Annetta is a very friendly house-owner and she will help you with all your questions. We also appreciated the quiet location. Close but still far enough from the beautiful but sometimes very touristic city of St.-Florent.

Klein aber fein und ruhig gelegen mit schönen SonnenuntergÀngen am Abend

wir haben hier 2 wunderbare Wochen genossen. Die Wohnung liegt in Saint Florent, von wo aus man den Norden inkl. Cap Corse ideal erkunden kann. Saint Florent ist ein gemĂŒtlicher Ort, mit einem großen Supermarkt und einem Hafen. Die schönen StrĂ€nde Saleccia, Lotus und Farinole liegen quasi vor der TĂŒr. Den Tettola Strand kann man zu Fuß in gut 6 min erreichen. Bis zur FĂ€hre sind es ca. 40 min, Ile Rousse und das Asco Tal sind jew. 1 gute Stunde weg.Die Wohnung inkl. KĂŒche ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt und maritim mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Wir waren sehr dankbar fĂŒr die Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren, da es doch sehr heiß war. Der kleine Pool ist wunderbar, v.a. am Abend und wird einmal die Woche gewartet. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und rĂŒcksichtsvoll, so dass man seine Ruhe hat und wir immer gut schlafen konnten. Es gibt sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und Kissen, so dass man es sich ĂŒberall bequem machen kann. Das Einzige was wir vermisst haben, sind Schirme oder ein Sonnensegel fĂŒr die Terrasse, die nach Westen ausgerichtet ist, was wundervolle SonnenuntergĂ€nge bedeutet, aber eben auch zumindest im Juni von 14 bis 20 Uhr pralle Sonne. Beim Abendessen kann das ziemlich heiß sein. Wir haben uns 2 Schirme gekauft und empfehlen allen GĂ€sten etwas Ähnliches im GepĂ€ck zu haben.Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat bestens geklappt, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets freundlich mit sehr kurzen Reaktionszeiten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellente vue sur la baie de Saint-Florent depuis la terrasse et la piscine. La maison est bien équipée. Les points négatifs, la proximité avec les voisins parfois bruyant ainsi que la nécessité de prendre la voiture du fait de l'éloignement.

Wie ein zweites Zuhause

Eine voll ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt spontan um eine Woche verlÀngert haben. Jean-Paul war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der Wein vom Bio-Weingut Gentile, gleich unten am Kreisel.

Déçus

La vue sur le golfe de St Florent est exceptionnelle, et la petite piscine est parfaite pour se rafraĂźchir. La localisation est idĂ©ale entre st Florent, Nonza et Patrimonio. Le voisinage est calme bien que l’appartement soit collĂ© aux voisins. Gros bĂ©mol cependant, la conception du logement n’est pas terrible. Il y a une chambre sans fenĂȘtre. Cela fait que le logement est trĂšs humide, et nous sommes sensible Ă  cette odeur. Nous Ă©tions deux couples. L’un d’entre nous a prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© dormir dans le salon plutĂŽt que dans la chambre sans fenĂȘtre qui sentait vraiment trop le renfermĂ© (l’alĂšse, apparemment propre, Ă©tait piquĂ©e de moisissure). Nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© aussi laver nos assiettes/verres/couverts avant chaque utilisation Ă  cause de l’odeur. Nous avons demandĂ© un remboursement partiel Ă  la propriĂ©taire, mais pas de rĂ©ponse... Le service garantie client Abritel a Ă©tĂ© incompĂ©tent, se dĂ©douanant totalement. A part ça, le logement est dĂ©corĂ© avec soin, et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Bon accueil de Jean-Paul et Christine. Avis mitigĂ©s donc. Mais si c’était Ă  refaire, nous ne referions pas.

Une vue splendide comme le laissait prĂ©sager les photos.C'est le point fort de cette location car pour une famille de 5 personnes (dont 2 grdes ados et 1 enfant) le logement est un peu petit et la promiscuitĂ© avec les voisins de chaque cotĂ© et au 1er Ă©tage du bĂątiment aurait pu ĂȘtre un calvaire...mais nous sommes bien tombĂ©s. Nous avons souffert de l'absence de climatisation qui nous semble indispensable Ă  cette pĂ©riode pour des nuits rĂ©paratrices, le seul ventilateur vieillissant du logement ne suffit pas.La chambre 4 lits n'a pas de fenĂȘtre, cela est bon Ă  savoir. les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain qui par contre est assez vaste. L'Ă©quipement de la cuisine est trĂšs complet. Nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© que les lits soient faits Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, petit plus toujours agrĂ©able. L'accueil de Jean Paul Ă©tait parfait, il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs utile et efficace lors des problĂšmes rencontrĂ©s avec la pompe du bassin. il donne de bons conseils et reste trĂšs disponible si on a besoin.Nous avions misĂ© sur la proximitĂ© de la plage compte tenu de la taille du bassin, nous pensions aussi profiter de la piscine (grande taille) collective pour la rĂ©sidence : sur ces 2 points grande dĂ©ception ! la plage en contrebas offre une eau claire mais la plage ( algues et graviers) est trĂšs vilaine, la piscine de la rĂ©sidence est au bord de la route sans aucun solarium et entourĂ©e de 3 murs... pour se baigner sur de belles plages il faut faire des kms..en voiture vers Ăźle Rousse/Calvi ou louer un bateau ( nous recommandons Dominique Plaisance) car sur st Florent mĂȘme aucune plage offre l'image paradisiaque des plages corses que nous avions en tĂȘte.En allant vers le cap corse Nonza, les plages sont sauvages avec du sable gris ( amiante de Canari) sympa Ă  voir mais tjrs pas trĂšs tentant pour la farniente. MĂ©tĂ©o parfaite, dĂ©couverte des gorges d'Asco Ă  faire. Ne pas rĂąter le Glacier salge et la table du potager Nebbio

La maison est trÚs confortable, avec un cachet magnifique. Tout est fonctionnel et trÚs propre. Pour accéder au domaine skiable alpin et à Scuol, comme la location n'est pas à Scuol, la navette est pratique et permet d'éviter de prendre systématiquement la voiture. Le domaine de ski de fond est trÚs proche. L'avantage de cette raison est de pouvoir faire de nombreuses activités hvernales. Ski, patinage luge bains thermaux... A recommander

The Haute Corse is a meravellaus place: a powerful nature, but very calm and relaxing.
You have the sea and the mountains at the same time. The sea is very clean and the beaches wild.

What makes this property unique

The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful view of the sea. You are in your own private pool surrounded by plants and flowers, hidden from others, and you see all the gulf of St Florent, the boats go by and especially the magnificent sunsets that nature offers. It is an amazing experience !!!
It is also very nice to see the sea from every corner of the house, not only from the living room and the bedroom, but also from the kitchen and evenfrom the bathroom!
