About this property

This home is located in the desirable Hampton Park area, just a few minutes from Southampton Village and a few minutes more to the beach. The furnishings are modern, clean and comfortable. There are three bedrooms each with private ensuite facilities which makes it perfect for three couples. Additionally, there is an air conditioned/heated pool/guestl house with a daybed, refrigerator and bath with shower. Outside is a gunite pool and six new outdoor lounges, and new outdoor love seat and chairs. The backyard is lush and totally private, with an expansive yard.

There is a 'to die for' kitchen with an adjoining family room/dining room. It's the daytime hub of the house. Night time calls for a fire in the living room. Or if it's a lovely evening, serve dinner alfresco on the back porch under the stars with a fire pit to add drama. I hope you will love this house as much as I do!

Why they chose this property

Southampton is perfect for New Yorkers in the summer. Usually the house is rented by local brokers for the season, but VRBO has given me a new market to rent the house.
