About this property

Big Villa, heated pool and huge garden - 100mt by the sea

Our villa consists of two independent units, for more than 12 beds (+ 1 sofa bed and 2 beds). The garden is huge and equipped with games and with heated pool (ideal in MAG Jun oct).
the house is surrounded by a unique garden of 2000sqm, just 2 minutes walk from the bay of Cala Caterina. It 'been renovated inside and out three years ago in July 2014, to make it comfortable, suitable to the presence of children. In the garden has just been built a swimming pool (6x3) HEATED, so you do not have to give up a nice bathroom even in the months when the sea is not so hot, like April, May, early June, October and November! (Except in special weather conditions, such as for example an external or night temperature far below the seasonal average).
The two independent units (resp from 9:05 pax) can also be booked on request separately. the villa has two fully equipped kitchens and an outdoor laundry.
in the prices include the final cleaning and, on request, to 20 eur / person per week you can have the house linen (towels and sheets). The electricity and water are included it the price, please make careful use.
