Supers vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre cousines avec nos enfants. Il y a une foultitude de choses à faire dans les environs. La location est proche d'un skate park et terrains de basket, les enfants ont pu en profiter aux heures creuses. Concernant l'hébergement, nous avons été globalement très satisfaits. Nous avons noté quelques petits désagréments néanmoins: - Les volets ne se ferment pas/plus (le bois du chalet a travaillé), heureusement il y a des rideaux occultants mais cela peut être problématique lorsque l'on recherche le noir complet (nous étions avec un bébé qui peinait à faire ses siestes car trop lumineux en journée) - Le spa que nous avions pris en option, moyennant 150 euros, est vraiment très petit (3 personnes maximum) et le filtre était TRES sale, nous pensons qu'il n'a pas été changé depuis longtemps... - A notre entrée le ménage n'était pas nickel, ce qui n'est pas très grave en soi mais dans un chalet, la poussière et les toiles d'araignées s'installent vite, et nous pensons que le chalet mérite un vrai nettoyage complet plus régulièrement. - Le frigo est vraiment trop petit pour 10 personnes. Cela reste des détails et nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht.

Wir waren zu neunt mit den Motorrädern unterwegs. Haus hat alles was man braucht, zwei Bäder, zwei Toiletten, sehr schönes Wohnzimmer, ausreichend Schlafzimmer und eine super Terasse mit einem großen Tisch. Sandrine ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles hat perfekt geklappt, kommen vermutlich wieder. Vielen Dank.

Gründlicher Check Out

Die Hütte ist sauber aber nicht Top gereinigt bei der Ankunft. Bettwäsche und Handtücher würde ich selbst mitnehmen da dies kein Standard mehr ist was man bekommt. Die Betten mussten wir selbst beziehen bzw. konnte man garnicht so richtig da es keine Bettlaken gab die man verschließen konnte. Es waren lediglich alte Decken und dazu ein übergroßes Leintuch dabei. Beim Check Out wurde jeder Winkel, jedes einzelne Handtuch, Bettlacken, Kopfkissenlaken auf Beschädigungen untersucht, bzw.auf Vollzähligkeit. Glaube die Bettwäsche oder Handtücher möchte niemand mitnehmen. Hatten wir bei der Entgegennahme beim Einzug nicht gemacht, wer macht das schon Beanstandet wurde letztlich nichts da wir nichts kaputt oder Beschädigt haben. Die Spülmaschine haben wir gereinigt ( Sieb innen gereinigt, war total siffig, ekelhaft ) Es müsste mal ein komplette Grundreinigung stattfinden und auch sämtliche Abflüsse sollte gereinigt werden. Alles in allem kann man die Hütte buchen wenn man keinen Wert auf Comfort legt.

Merci pour votre retour. En effet, un arrêté préfectoral interdisait l'utilisation du spa jusqu'au 30 septembre 22 et comme je change l'eau à chaque location, je ne pouvais donc pas le mettre à disposition. Merci pour votre compréhension

Agréable séjour dans les Vosges

Chalet et environnement agréables. Petit bémol pour la déco et la propreté des cousins de canapé et des couvertures. La batterie de cuisine pourrait être améliorée. Des sets de table seraient également bienvenus. Le charmant accueil et le sourire de la propriétaire nous ont fait oublier ces petits désagréments.
