Blue Eden Dimora - three terraces 20 meters from the sea in private pine forest

Located within the Maddalena Archipelago Natural Park, facing the renowned island of Caprera.
The newly renovated villa is 20 meters from the sea and is surrounded by a 10,000-square-meter private beachfront park featuring beautiful vegetation of myrtle, juniper, and wild olive trees, as well as a large pine forest that provides shade and a fantastic microclimate.
You can swim directly from the property, which has a private stretch of coastline consisting mainly of rocks, but also a small beach access. Next to the property is a small marina with the possibility of mooring dinghies or small boats. Opposite, just a few hundred meters of water, are the most beautiful coves on the island of Caprera, such as "Cala Garibaldi", "Cala Napoletana Napoletana", and "Cala Serena".
From the house, you can see the beautiful white HOUSE MUSEUM of GIUSEPPE GARIBALDI, the "hero of two worlds" who lived on Caprera for 25 years.

Beautiful property and views

What a beautiful house! Sited in a pine wood with a private beach, the pictures don't do it justice. The location is ideal, just minutes away from the town center, but the house is in a quiet and peaceful area. The grounds were lovely, with fruit trees and fragrant flowers. The kitchen was very well equipped, even a good knife! We enjoyed lovely lunches on the shady terrace in the heat of the day, and swam and read on the private beach. Communications with the owner and property manager were easy and very helpful. Access to La Maddalena via the car ferry is easy, we only had to wait 5 minutes or so with no advance reservation needed. We did not want to leave this heavenly spot!

Abitazione veramente bella , con parco di proprietà, posizione veramente strategica x spostarsi a Caprera e alla Maddalena… tutto veramente eccellente.E cenare in veranda con vista mare e Caprera sullo fondo è top!!

Die Beschreibung der Anschrift hat bei Google maps einen anderen Standort ergeben und telefonisch konnten wir uns mangels Sprachkenntnissen mit den Vermietern nicht unterhalten. Es dauerte also ein wenig bis wir das Haus fanden. Dann war alles super und ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt.

Casa spettacolare...

...casa spettacolare, con una vista davvero unica e nella posizione a mio avviso migliore dell'isola (vicinissima a Caprera ma anche ai servizi, supermercato ecc.). Tutto perfetto (come da descrizione), dall'accoglienza alla pulizia (un ringraziamento al sig. Francesco che è stato gentilissimo e disponibile). Nell'insieme direi anche sopra alle aspettative, l'atmosfera di pace che si respira è davvero impagabile. Ci tornerei domani se potessi e la consiglierei davvero a chiunque.

Positiv: - Haus und Ausstattung - Sauberkeit - grosses Grundstück mit Zugang zum Meer - elektrisches Tor / Eingang - beschattete Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer - zwei Dachterrassen mit Aussicht - kurze Distanz zu tollen Stränden auf Caprera - gut eingerichtete Küche - 2 Bäder - Pizzeria und Konad in Nähe - gute Matrazen - Kontakt zu Mieterin - Preis- Leistung stimmt Negativ: - Lage an Strasse (stört aber nicht so, da das Haus auf die andere Seite ausgerichtet ist) - teils Lärm von Entsorgungsstelle (dieser Lärm ist jedoch weit über die Insel hörbar) - Holzsteg am Meer wäre toll

Bellissima vacanza a La Maddalena

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ben tenuta e curata nei dettagli è dotata di ogni confort: dall'aria condizionata in ogni stanza al microonde, dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, nonché lavatrice e lavastoviglie... comodissimi la doccia esterna e il barbecue. Impagabile la vista sul mare dal terrazzo attrezzato dove rilassarsi per la cena nonché l'accesso diretto alla piccola spiaggia privata.. La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla, a poca distanza da un supermercato e vicinissima alle più belle spiagge di Caprera e di La Maddalena. Molto apprezzata la gentilezza del sig. Francesco che ci ha accolti e si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Settimana a La Maddalena

Gruppo di 5 amici( 2 coppie e 1 single)amanti di Maddalena, decidiamo di prenotare sia la casa che il volo(da Torino)per la settimana dal 5 al 12 settembre 2020:il primo problema, dopo aver prenotato la casa,si manifesta quando comunico alla proprietaria che saremmo arrivati con il volo Volotea( unico da Torino)alle ore 22,50 ad Olbia,quindi,dopo aver espletato tutte le formalità(ritiro bagagli )e noleggio auto,saremmo arrivati a La Maddalena non prima delle ore 01,00 :per la proprietaria,era impossibile riceverci,tramite l'uomo incaricato alle manutenzioni e gestione della casa,ed avremmo dovuto andare a soggiornare in Hotel !!!(L'orario massimo del checkin NON era indicato sull'annuncio).Avendo speso relativamente poco per il volo,io e mia moglie decidiamo di rinunciare al volo e prenotiamo un viaggio in nave per la notte di venerdì per arrivare a Maddalena il giorno previsto(5 settembre) e poter svolgere le pratiche per il possesso della casa(risparmiando il nolo di un'auto e la spedizione bagagli non c'era grande differenza). La casa ,onestamente,si presenta in ottime condizioni,dotata di tutti i comfort(dalla climatizzazione in tutti gli ambienti,alla cassaforte,la lavatrice,la lavastoviglie ed ottima attrezzatura da cucina)e la posizione,a prima impressione,è decisamente favorevole.,quasi entusiastica.,peccato che i problemi si presentino già alla prima sera,e cioè,un fortissimo odore di fogna che stagnava inesorabile,condito da una miriade di mosche;il perchè,lo scopriamo il giorno seguente :a 100/150 mt alle spalle in linea d'aria,c'è il depuratore dell'isola!!!!e non contenti,è stata anche realizzata(a fianco)l'isola ecologica!!Ogni santa sera,con orari variabili dalle 18 alle 21,abbiamo dovuto sopportare l'odore mefitico e le asfissianti mosche,e vi assicuro che mentre si sta mangiando in veranda..,non è molto piacevole.Altro grande problema,si è manifestato il sabato mattina(12/09 )durante il violento nubifragio che ha colpito l'isola:la ns. stanza( fronte pineta/mare)era l'unica predisposta ma NON dotata di vasistas (sembra che sia stato tolto per non so quali motivi e non più installato )e durante il grande rovescio di acqua,ha letteralmente inondato la ns stanza,bagnandoci scarpe,documenti,soldi e vestiario prima che ce ne accorgessimo e corressimo a tamponare con gli asciugamani in dotazione.Da indicazioni,sembra che NON sia la prima volta che si è manifestato ma, ciononostante,NON sia mai stata riparata..

1 fantastische Woche

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche mit unseren drei Kindern auf diesem sehr schönen Anwesen auf La Maddalena verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Nachts ist es komplett still mit fantastischem Blick auf die Sterne. Es gibt zwei wunderbare, wirklich große Terrassen. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. So war es ein perfekter Urlaub in einer sehr reizvollen Umgebung! Vielen Dank!

Casa favolosa, tranquilla e con vista favolosa

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest'abitazione bellissima, comoda, accogliente e molto ben attrezzata: la villa è a due minuti di macchina da Caprera dove ci sono spiagge da favola, ha un magnifico giardino di pini marittimi e altra vegetazione mediterranea e una vista sul mare (da cui si ha accesso diretto). È possibile raggiungere a piedi sia una panetteria che un supermercato e il centro storico della Maddalena è raggiungibile in macchina in soli 5 minuti. Carla e Francesco, coloro che ci hanno ospitato, sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia in questa splendida tenuta, la casa è situata in una posizione strategica, spiaggia privata, ottimo per chi ama la tranquillità e la pesca. Vicino c'è un pontile accessibile direttamente dalla proprietà, comodo per attraccare gommoni e piccole imbarcazioni. La casa è molto bella e confortevole con spazi molto ampi, luminosa e con una vista strepitosa. Consiglio a famiglie con bambini.

Privacy, comfort e relax .. con vista

Io e il mi fidanzato abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana in questo angolo di paradiso. Devo innanzitutto ammettere che la villa è dal vivo ancora più bella che in foto. Recentemente ristrutturata, dotata davvero di tutti i comfort (non ultima la presenza dei condizionatori in ogni stanza), in una posizione perfetta (5 minuti di auto dal centro del paese, 15 al massimo dalle più lontane spiagge di La Maddalena e Caprera) e arredata con ottimo e raro gusto, ci ha permesso di trascorrere una settimana incantevole immersi in un contesto unico. L' immensa pineta all'interno di cui si trova la struttura garantisce infatti privacy e totale relax. Indimenticabili, tra le altre cose, i bagni di sole in terrazza e le romantiche cene vista mare dopo una giornata sulle splendide spiagge delle isole di Caprera e La Maddalena o una gita in gommone alla scoperta delle meravigliose cale dell'intero arcipelago. Insomma, una vacanza unica, che speriamo di poter replicare presto e che consigliamo vivamente a tutti.

The house is a gem and I will definitely come back!

Beautiful house with a stunning view of the sea. Very well equipped and stylish and modern design. The veranda and the roof terrace will make your are great to gather for dinner or taking a sunbath. The house is ideally located between Maddalena and Caprera islands. Clara is a very helpful and kind host, Mr. Celli runs the property and is also a great support if you require help. I will definitely come back!

Absolute Empfehlung für entspannte Tage in traumhafter Umgebung mit Ausblick, gute Infrastruktur

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, alles war perfekt ausgestattet und sauber, sehr netter Kontakt u. Betreuung vor Ort. Sehr zu empfehlen insbesondere für Fam. Mit Kindern! Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Wasser (badeschuhe erforderlich) und einen tollen Schattenspendenden Pinienwald... von der Terrasse einen super Blick und einen kleinen rasen mit gartendusche. Man fühlt sich wirklich wohl hier! Der Bäcker nur 2 min mit dem Fahrrad, conad zum einkaufen 5 min mit dem Auto, Stadtzentrum 5 min mit dem Auto...

Magnifique séjour

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette magnifique maison, qui vient d'être entièrement rénovée avec très bon goût avec tout le confort souhaité: climatisation dans chaque pièce, le wifi... . La propreté est impeccable. La vue de la terrasse est superbe: on domine la mer et l'île de Capréra. La maison est située dans une pinède de pins parasols qu'on traverse pour aller à la plage privée qui borde le parc. L'endroit est parfait car très tranquille sans être très loin de la ville et proche du pont qui permet d'accéder à la magnifique île de Capréra. On a adoré et c'est avec tristesse qu'on quitte la maison.

"La villa sul mare è molto bella, spaziosa, luminosa, pulita, è arredata con gusto ed è modermamente attrezzata. Ma il valore aggiunto è dato dal contesto: un parco privato di pini marittimi che ti accompagna fino al mare con la sua piacevole ombra. Un vero paradiso per adulti e bambini che possono giocare in assoluta libertà, senza pericoli e senza disturbare nessuno. La consiglio a tutti, soprattutto a famiglie e gruppi di amici."
