At Roussillon, a village of ocher and light, is found this Provençale home in the midst of his one hectare park. Recently renovated, it has all the ingredients for successful holiday ... Freshness of the pool 10x5 and its beach new, and its deck overlooking the hills of the Luberon. Calm assured! On the ground floor of Mas you will find a kitchen with all the equipemement necessary and a dining area, a large salon + dining room 60qm with television, DVD, Satellite, HIFI chain, connection wifi.One large terrace shady and furniture will be available for family meals. In the garage you will also find a washing machine.
The floor is divided into 3 beautiful room with cupboards. An antechamber with bunk beds will be ideal for children. Two bathrooms are available as well as 2 toilet. Cot and high chairs available on request.
A terrace is located on the top floor of the house, ideal for a drink or rest, unobstructed view of the Lubéron.

Wonderful holiday

We had a fantastic stay at La Bailzone. It’s a beautiful property and garden with a number of terraces and seating areas to enjoy the views and weather. The house is very well equipped and spacious and the pool is large and well maintained. There is a beautiful walk to the village of Roussillon through the vineyards, (approx 20 -30 mins with kids ) depending how warm it is. The host was very kind, helpful and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Roussillon: House with Character.

Beautiful location and property. Caroline and Malika were both incredibly helpful in terms of arrangements and if we had any issues. The outdoor eating area and plancha grill were the perfect addition to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The pool area was big enough to have 7 of us either realxing or in the pool for friendly competitions. Plenty of rooms and space inside the property for us all to have our privacy if necessary and plenty of bathrooms. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful house that is perfectly situated very close to town but far enough to have peace

The home is wonderful and well-equipped. We loved our stay there. The hosts and house manager were gracious, prompt in communication, and very helpful. Everything we could need in the house was available and worked well (there's even a second fridge if you're staying with a large group). We had a large group of family and noted that there were always enough chairs around the main tables, cups/plates/flatware, towels, and other items that sometimes can be in short supply in larger places. The pool is just perfect for swimming on your own or for enjoying with family (even a lot of them!). The house is really in the perfect location; about a 15 minute walk to town along the roads (or a beautiful, slightly more strenuous 20 minute walk through orchards and vineyards suggested by the owners). It's also on what I would consider the "easier" side of town meaning that if you drive into Roussillon you are close to a main parking lot that always has space and you can easily commute to the larger grocery stores in Apt. If you are unfamiliar with the area, Roussillon is fantastic. It's a small town with a local population and the accompanying stores you'd expect serving a residential clientele (e.g., boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacy, small-super market, etc.), but it also has a lot of tourism and shorter term residents as well, which greatly increases the density and variety of restaurants and shops geared toward tourists. It's a great combination in my opinion. There is a ton to do in and around town, but it is also very centrally located for all manner of trips around the Vaucluse. All in all, I cannot imagine a better place to stay. It was absolutely perfect.

Unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig und zu empfehlen. Allerdings ist der Vermieter nicht seriös und die Verwalterin vor Ort schon gar nicht. Eine Woche vor Mietbeginn habe ich die genaue Adresse des Ferienhauses bekommen und die Bitte der Verwalterin vor Ort ein Deposit von 50€ für den Pool zu geben. Eigentlich gehört dies mit in den Mietvertrag und ist nicht später nachzuschieben. Die 50€ Deposit habe ich natürlich bei der Verwalterin hinterlegt. Am Abreisetag kam es zu der Hausübergabe an die Verwalterin. Das ging sehr schnell. Wir haben die Betten abgezogen, den Müll entsorgt, den Kühlschrank leergeräumt. den Pool gereinigt und auch den Gartengrill sauber gemacht. Die Verwalterin hatte wohl ihre festen Kontrollstellen wo sie etwas überprüft. Der Pool war sauber, heile und somit wieder übergeben wir übernommen. Die Verwalterin kam dann mit dem Deckel des Gartengrill den wir nicht von innengereinigt hatten und der versehentlich nicht entleerten Fettschublade des Gartengrills zurück. Für dieses Versäumnis hat sie von den 50€ für den Pool 20€ einbehalten. Da mein französisch für so eine Diskussion nicht ausreicht habe ich dies kommentarlos hingenommen. Ichstell emir nur die Farge wozuicheinenMietvertreag mit Kostenfür die Endreinigung unterschvrieb,mwennichdannvor Ort so abgezpckz wrede.

Dear Thomas, I m really happy you had a nice stay at la Balizone: So sorry to read you had a problem to communicate with Malika. From my side, I sent you all the informations (with address and all the final informations) on the 29 of May, that's to say 24 days before your arrival. In this e-mail, I also asked you in English to bring a deposit for the use of the plancha (which is a BBQ). As we have had a lot of bad surprises and we want to make sure to keep the plancha clean and well maintained, this system of deposit works perfectly well. It's the second time in 10 years that we had to deduce 20 euros of the deposit. From what I read, you thought you had to clean the pool ... There is a responsible coming every week for the maintenance of the pool. The final cleaning of the house is as you mentioned included (but a special attention is just required for the plancha ...) I try to do my best to welcome people and I m really sorry to read the comment saying I'm not serious. I would have been more than happy to help. Super vakantie gehad in dit huis.

Zeer mooi en groot huis. Alles aanwezig in huis om een supervakantie te hebben. Echt top. Verwarmd zwembad en goed onderhouden. Rustige locatie waar je enkel de vogels en krekels kan horen. Op korte rijafstand heb je dagelijks wel hier of daar een marktje. (Alle infobrochures in huis aanwezig) Goed gelegen tegen groot warenhuizen op je boodschappen te doen. Een echte aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt voor een geslaagde vakantie.

Belle maison, bien située

La maison est spacieuse, la disposition des chambres et des salles de bain permet de ne pas être les uns sur les autres. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont top : pas de vis à vis, plusieurs terrasses dont une ombragée par une pergola végétalisee. La piscine est agréable, entourée de transats, sécurisée par une barrière. Le terrain est très grand. On a apprécié le ping-pong, le hamac et la possibilité de faire des balades à pied aux alentours. Nous n’avons pas eu de mauvaises surprises, la description était précise : il n’y a pas de climatisation (les chambres à l’étage peuvent être chaudes) et pas de barbecue (il y a une plancha, qui nécessite un certain tour de main pour être nettoyée). Le terrain n’est pas clos. La situation est idéale pour rayonner dans le Luberon : les plus grand sites sont accessibles en une demi heure max. A Roussillon même, il y a le magnifique Sentier des Ocres, une supérette et un bon boulanger. Au global, nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Superbe villa dans le Lubéron

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette location. Piscine très agréable mais malheureusement la météo n était pas au rendez vous. La maison est très spacieuse. Le petit village de Roussillon est parfaitement situé pour sillonner dans le Lubéron. Nous recommandons cette très belle villa.

charming house in a delightful location

We loved this house for it's charm, tranquillity, space inside and out and especially the very convenient location. We could walk to Roussillon across the vineyards for shops and cafes. Malika and Caroline looked after us very well and we enjoyed our time by the very secluded pool and sitting on the patios. We hope to return next year.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine entre amis à la Balizone, ou nous avons été très bien accueillis et où nous sommes immédiatement sentis « comme chez nous ». Charmante maison près d’un chouette village

Maison et les alentours étaient très bien, l’équipement de la maison tout est fonctionnel, piscine chaude grâce au chauffage bien que les températures et la météo n’étaient pas bonnes. Notre séjour était une très bonne expérience et une occasion de découvrir cette chouette région.

Perfect!

We stayed with 2 families in Balizone and had a wonderful time there! The house is very spacious and well equipped with all the essentials. There are two outside eating areas and it is always possible to find a shady spot. The grounds are extensive, the pool is great and there are lots of places to visit in the area!

Vacances familiales idéales!

Le Mas se trouve à deux pas du magnifique village de Roussillon qui nous a séduits par ses ocres. C'est un point de départ idéal pour visiter le Lubéron et les villages provençaux environnants. Le Mas est très agréable, spacieux et bien équipé. Il se situe au cœur d'un jardin d'un hectare. Nous y reviendrons volontiers!

Magnifique endroit, magique !

Si vous aimez le charme et le calme de la Provence, c'est l'endroit rêvé. La maison est spacieuse et bien entretenue. La piscine chauffée permet de se baigner même en fin de saison. On y retournera!
