The Seagrove community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. In addition to location, this amazing villa is newly renovated! From the brand new kitchen and bathroom, to the new furnishings, everything speaks luxury.

Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the new modern kitchen which includes custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and upscale stainless steel appliances. The large work area and bar provides seating with four bar stools. An open floor plan offers ocean views from the kitchen to the balcony. With beautiful new hardwood floors, this space is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table seating four, and a large mounted television. The king size bedroom also includes a flat screen tv. Luxury continues into the new bathroom with a custom tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a powder room and a washer and dryer.

The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August - September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.

We had a wonderful stay in Wild Dunes. It was a very peaceful and quiet location with ocean views from the dining area and patio. It was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils for cooking. There was lots of parking available. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because you could occasionally hear footsteps and walking in the unit above, so that was a little distracting.

Great stay!

The condo was nicely remodeled and clean. The location was nice and felt safe, however the lock on the patio door was broken and there is not a deadbolt on the front door. It would have also been nice to have a rug inside the door for sandy feet when returning from the beach.

Clean condo with views

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. The balcony was nice to have meals on with the view of the ocean. It was also walking distance to Sweetgrass/Wild dunes resort restaurants. Nothing bad to say about this rental.

We had a great time in this outstanding villa. It's very modern, comfortable, and extremely clean. The only thing between the villa and the beach is a great pool. We love the entire Wild Dunes complex and would definitely stay in this unit again if we return to the area. It's an easy drive to so many great restaurants and activities.

Quick getaway

Great place and location. Beautiful view. It would have been nice to provide one coffee filter since you provided coffee for one pot of coffee, I would do provide something so you can have a pot or nothing at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Responsive and helpful. Parking pass delivered in advance. Nice condo with nice ocean view. right at the beach. Nicely furnished and well kept with an extra 1/2 bath. There are 3 beach accesses so, although two were temp closed because of King Tide erosion, the third was open. Beautiful neighborhoods to go for morning walks. Very short walk to the restaurants, shops in the Hyatt Resort next door.

We spent the month of March here and found the unit to be lovely. It was clean, well laid out and in a beautiful location. It was very true to what we were anticipating. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with quality items. We were also thankful for the quality mattress, couches to sit on and the outside patio furniture. Great location for bike riding and shell collecting on the beach. Yes, we would stay here again.

Quick stay

Pleasant apartment in Wild Dunes, close to the pool and ocean. The apartment was clean and convenient with 2 TVs, but few clocks or mirrors. There also was some construction noise and landscaping noise. But, quiet at night and beautiful breezes during the day!
