We only stayed 3 nights and end of season. The property is in a safe, quiet area. The host was very welcoming and helpful in directing us to the nearest supermarket. There is an excellent fruit and vegetables stall open daily at the local church. The property was clean and well maintained. You do need a car to commute to the supermarkets and Cagliari. The apartment is on the upper floors of the house which may make access for some or young children difficult.

A pleasant stay

We had a wonderful week visiting the south of the island. It’s well located to go to both coasts. Antonio was very helpful and took care of us in all situations. We even had a flat tire and he helped me find the right place to change it coming with me to the mechanic. Thanks for everything!

Great base to explore local area

Owner Antonio was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a portable barbeque and beach chairs/parasol when he knew we were going to local beaches. Very nice residential area with private gated parking. Really nice house on upper floor of building. Owner lives on ground floor. Nice big living room/kitchen area and good sized bedrooms. A couple of minor quibbles. Air con is at top of stairs and not in the best position to keep living room or bedroom cool (although there was a very good big fan which we moved from room to room). Some of the photos show the back of the house (with the covered veranda) but this is not available to renters because the owner lives there. House is in really nice area but not really within short walking distance of anything so you have to have a car. If you have a car we would recommend exploring the beaches around Pula/Chia/Nora (30 minutes drive) which are much nicer than the local La Maddalena beach.

thanks for the kind words, I wanted to remind you that unfortunately during your holidays in Sardinia we had temperatures of 45/48 degrees, never seen before and no air conditioner would have been sufficient. Unfortunately there is a lot of road construction in the area including a bridge. We hope they will be completed by the end of the year. greetings Anthony

Appartement situé à l’étage de la maison des propriétaires, conforme aux photos mais manque quelques équipements notamment dans la cuisine (bols, économe…, une lave vaisselle serait un plus). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviables, discrets mais disponibles si besoin. L’emplacement permet de visiter les environs et de nombreux spots qui valent la peine, le quartier en lui même est résidentiel donc assez calme mais la partie balnéaire de la Maddalena se situe face à la zone portuaire au sud de Calgliari.Un bémol toutefois sur la literie qui n’était pas forcément de première jeunesse. Mais pour quelques nuits c’est un endroit agréable et pratique. Merci encore pour l’accueil d’Antonio et sa femme avec des attentions dans le frigo!

Antonio och Pina gjorde vistelsen både bekväm och trivsam, ett fantastiskt värdpar . Väldigt generösa värdar som bidrog till en jättefin upplevelse . Boendet var luftigt och rymligt med alla bekvämligheter och ett plus i kanten var ett frukt och grönsaksstånd alldeles utanför huset där vi kunde köpa färsk frukt till stranden varje morgon ( och tips på bra stränder)

Absolut fantastischer Urlaub

Antonio und Pina waren sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sie haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben, auch vor dem Urlaub schon. Die Kommunikation war problemlos, obwohl wir kein Italienisch sprechen. Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön mit 2 Klimageräten. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Très bien, je recommande avec plaisir

Parfait, le propriétaire est à l’écoute et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Il répond rapidement aux sollicitations et comme il vit sur place il fait le nécessaire pour y répondre au mieux. Il habite au RDC à l’arrière de la bâtisse mais lui et sa femme sont très discret. Vous pourrez stationner votre véhicule à l’intérieure du portails fermé.

Perfecta estancia en el apartamento de Antonio. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, limpieza excelente y muchas comodidades. Buena ubicación para llegas a las playas de Chia, Tuerreda y alrededores. Très agréable

Nous avons passe 10 jours très agréables chez Antonio et Pina qui sont des hôtes hors pairs . Très accueillants et sympathiques . La maison correspond exactement à son descriptif et l'emplacement permet de sillonner a travers tout le sud !
