This apartment is beautiful! The entire main floor is absolutely beautiful, and the air conditioning worked well which we needed as it was hot during our trip. Everything worked perfectly in the kitchen, and we felt very safe as there are several locked doors between the sidewalk and the apartment.
Great location. There was quite a bit of noise from the road at night. Not sure if you could get better noise reduction with the location, though. The kitchen was very small and difficult to cook in. Communication with the host was very good and very easy.
Pretty great location. A little bit of a hoof up from the colosseum but very near to a secret gem in Rome - San Clemente. Go west/uphill two blocks however and St John Laterno area is full of bars/restaurants. Only caution on the apartment is the upstairs is really just for kids (ideal even). There weren’t enough of us to use it - but a warning if plans for adults - very low ceilings…more of a loft.
This apartment was in a great part of the city. About 5 or 10 mins walk to 3 different metro stations.Lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in the streets around us. Our hosts were really helpful and communication was very easy. The rooms are ideal for family groups but even as a party of adults we managed the quirky mezzanine rooms just fine. (These rooms cannot be noise proofed from the lower rooms) It is part of a historic building so many of the features have been maintained with a number of updates, to windows and shutters, for instance. We had a very pleasant 5 night stay and recommend this accomadtion.
Great location just up from Colosseum, nice coffee shop around corner. 5 bedrooms, 2 do have balconies to rooms below but all worked well for our family party of 9. Good communication, would stay again.
We had a great time staying at this appartment located very close to the Colosseum. The cafes and restaurants near this place are great but please book in advance as they were pretty popular among both tourists and locals. One of the beds was a little hard to our liking, though we slept well nevertheless. Would definitely visit again!
I have brought a group of people to Rome for more than 8 years and have chosen to stay in this apartment. It is close to many great sites and there is a bus stop that is walking distance to the building. I hopefully will stay again.
This was our family’s second stay - it was just as wonderful as the first. Communication with the property manager is great. The location makes it easy to see all the sites, get to the metro, and the train isn’t far. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Plenty of beds. It’s a comfortable, beautiful stay. I’m sure we will book again the next time we want to see Rome.
