That’s a hard review. The apartments in a great location close to all amenities & railway station, in excellent condition in a smart building! I helped you out & provided an end of stay clean which you weren’t aware of & you think my properties average ! Really.

Booked a 2 week stay in Steve’s apartment which me and my family enjoyed very much. The location is great: close to a nice bakery and some grocery shops, as well as 10 minutes walk to the JLP beaches. Walking to Antibes took us around 20 minutes (we walked slowly) through a nice residential area.
Overall the apartment was clean and spacious enough for us (3 adults), all rooms were good size although the bed rooms were a bit tight due to the bed size frames and could not fit the luggages. The best part of the apartment was the living room/kitchen area where we could spend time together. The apartment was well equipped which allowed us to cook and eat sometimes at home. The terrace is also lovely with it’s view over some trees and flowers creating a peaceful oasis.
Steve was helpful both prior and after the booking process and provided us with clear information on how to access the apartment and more. For some of my messages I did have to wait a bit to get a reply back though.
Me and my parents very pleased to have booked Steven’s lovely place and can highly recommend it.
We arrived during a heatwave, the first night the air conditioning blew warm air and the following morning it completely broke. We emailed Steve on the very first morning to ask him to fix this he replied just once. two days later to say he can’t get through to the management company and after that for the duration of our 8 day stay never once replied to any of our further emails requesting updates on the air con. Each day recorded temperatures in excess of 37 deg and by night it was sweltering in the apartment and we couldn’t even open the windows due to mosquitoes. Steve had a duty of care to look after his paying tenants in normal circumstances not to mind during a heatwave reported on on all news channels across Europe and he failed to do this. His prompt responses to our first email requesting to rent the property and my email to say we had arrived was lightning quick but the minute there was a problem he ignored our emails. As for ‘Luxury 2 bd apartment’ there was no garden, bbq or drier as advertised and air conditioning didn’t work. In his only reply two days later he told us the air conditioning was ‘never particularly cold’ anyway, obviously not serviced. In addition whenever we tried to use the dishwasher it tripped the power in the apartment. We emailed him multiple times about the air con and again at the end of our stay to request a partial refund to which we have received no reply. I would not recommend this place .
Piacevole. Appartamento ben ubicato a giusta distanza dal mare di Juan Les Pin e Antibes. Luminoso e ben esposto. Piacevole pranzare e cenare sul balcone:terrazzo. Comodità garage. Migliorabile là disponibilità stoviglie (pentole).

og veldig trafikkert. bygningsarbeider ved siden begynte kl. 06.30 om morningen. vi måtte også betale 20 euro for å få tilgang til nøklene til leiligheten. ikke bra
veldig flott leilighet , meget godt utstyrt. vi manglet ingenting. alt i alt hsadde vi det veldig bra ,men jeg er ikke fornøyd med at vi måtte betale for tilgang til nøkler

Bon emplacement à 7 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre de juan les pins et 20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville d antibes.
Appartement moderne bien décoré et climatisation fort appréciable.
Un seul bémol :garage petit avec nécessité de manœuvrer pour y entrer.
Alle Entlüfter waren total voll mit Schimmel!
Eine absolute Frechheit!
Und eine Gesundheitsgefährdung .
Nachdem wir den Vermieter angeschrieben hatten ,haben wir nichts mehr von ihm gehört, bis dato.
Das hat noch ein Nachspiel!

There was a little dust in the bathroom vents - extreme reaction! Clearly looking to find fault and an a really unjustified rating. You'll not be allowed to rent my property again and any landlords out there be mindful of this renter! I will be making enquiries about how to post a photo of her issues and anyone viewing this will then realise what an extreme reaction she has given !!

What a ridiculous review! The vents might have been a bit dusty (just a bit as I clean them very often) but definitely they were not moldy. It seems to me they were just looking for a reason to complain. I mean, I have had guests like that - one thing is wrong and then everything is wrong. But I have never got a bad review about my cleaning. Believe me, as my agency rents lots of properties for the conferences In Cannes, I have not seen apartments cleaner than mine. So, giving a one star review for your apartment even if the vents were a bit dusty (underline 'a little bit'), it's just mean , not objective for sure!

Le propriétaire est à l’étranger, il communique pour vous bloquer la réservation et devient injoignable une fois qu’elle est contracté.

Fantastic location and lovely apartment!
A lovely very clean apartment with a fantastic balcony and everything you could want for in an ideal location close to the beach and the everything that Juan Les Pins has to offer. We had a brilliant holiday and couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Location
We were very happy with this apartment, it had everything we expected. It was clean, well maintained and well equipped.
The location is extremely convenient, the town centre, beaches and restaurants are just a short walk down the road.
The train station is a 5 minute walk away, there is no need to have a car here.
Best rental for a long time.

We are a family of six and live in Kingston Upon Thames. We love visiting Juan Les Pins/Antibes and we regularly holiday here all year round. As we have four children from young to teenagers & the area is perfect for all their different needs. We love the mix of beaches, walks and towns/villages to explore.
Why they chose this property
The property is located equidistant from Juan Les Pins & Antibes. A superb location & easy walking to either beaches on Cap d'Antibes or Juan Les Pins. The train station is a 5 minute walk away so you can explore Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc. Cannes is only two stops and 10 minutes by train, so the apartment is ideally placed should you wish to visit the local festivals/exhibitions Cannes has to offer; Monaco is a direct train journey away, again the apartment is ideally placed should you be visiting for the Monaco Grand Prix. We have the choice of restaurants from both Antibes & Juan Les Pins offering superb food & vibrant atmosphere. The apartment is in a quiet location, situated to the rear of the building overlooking the small gardens, however conveniently close to all amenities. The area is very vibrant especially through the Summer months with lovely beaches, walks, shops and restaurants. Juan les Pins beachfront in the evening is especially lively with its restaurants on the sandy beaches and outdoor jewellery stalls.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is so convenient for everything as it is between Antibes & Juan Les Pins. We are situated very close to the Supermarket which is open all day and most of the evening. The Boulangerie is a five minute walk for fresh croissants in the morning. Juan Les Pins is quite small and safe for the older children to wander off. The apartment is very close to the night life in Juan Les Pins but far enough away for a very peaceful evening on the balcony. The apartment is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The Crystal Bar in Juan Les Pins is the family's favourite for enormous ice creams, cold beers and cocktails! The trains from Juan Les Pins are also very convenient for exploring the region, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Marine land are all very accessible.
