The Blue Lagoon With Heated Pool /on the Canal With NEW Boat Lift and Dock
Please come and enjoy our 2BR / 2BA 1410 Sq ft. POOL home located in the quaint fishing village of Matlacha.
Matlacha is located in SW Florida just east of Pine Island. The area affords the water enthusiast with endless opportunities. The town has many art galleries and unique shops, many of which have the work of local artists. There are also restaurants and bars with daily live music. The home is located just 30 minutes from Fort Myers International Airport and only a few minutes from a modern grocery store, chain restaurants and shopping.
Either Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island can be reached by car in about 40 minutes. If you have a boat, Sanibel or Cayo Costa are about 40 minutes. Matlacha Pass has some of the best inshore fishing in SW Fl.
We presently live in the North but have very helpful property managers only a few miles away. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. There may be some flexibility depending on the schedule.

We loved the low-key nature of the town and the endless fishing and boating opportunities right from your very own house. Matlacha is a town where you feel like you went back in time yet all the modern amenities are only a few minutes away.
