Palm Pointe is a gorgeous, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom vacation villa situated in the northern SW area of Cape Coral with direct Gulf Access.

It is a quick drive to Punta Gorda downtown, and the famous Fisherman s Village, 10 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach.

Palm Pointe features beautiful décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size beds and one queen size bed.
Each bedroom has Smart TV s (Streaming services only) as well as large closets.
The home can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable in a beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.

The interior boasts a very open floor plan with multiple options for entertainment, relaxing and lots of space for each member.
The home features plenty of light and an airy coastal design with a great floor plan.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
The front living room invites you to relax and just soak in the views, also the entertainment area features a multiple options game table where you can pass time by playing games of pool, ping pong or air hockey.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar area there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and family room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for fantastic water views.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, fishing, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing, and watching amazing sun sets. The boat dock wraps around way around of the property and has a dock, Tiki Hut and is inviting you to enjoy amazing sunsets or just catch some fish. (lift only available when owners boat is not present ussually in off season, pls. check for availability).
Palm Point offers 4 bicycles which you can use to explore the area and 2 kayaks for discovering the many canals in the area.
Jim Jeffers and Joe Stone s park are nearby which offer great options for kids with play structures or tennis/pickle ball.
