This home is conveniently located in a prime Southwest neighborhood just a short walking distance from Publix, award winning restaurants, tennis and pickleball and a homemade ice cream parlor. It is also 5 minutes away from Cape Harbor live music. However, if you want to get there a little quicker, you can always use the bikes on property available for your use!
