We loved the house and the location. The house looked just like the pictures. We had manatees pass the house every day that we were there. We had a wonderful time.

We will definitely be staying here again! The home had everything we needed. Property manager answered all of our questions we had promptly. As well as sending us information in regards to local restaurants, beaches, attraction, etc., which was very helpful. Thank you again again to the Rollins group

Excellent Experience & Great Property

We had an amazing stay at this property! First to note, the pictures and property we exactly as described online. Our favorite house feature was the 3 panel sliding door opening to the pool area, combining the two spaces into one picture perfect setting. This property is on a canal which runs East/ West. This is a huge bonus as you will have all day sun foe your time in the pool. Pool and hot tub were the right size for us, not needing anything more to thoroughly relax and enjoy our stay. Outside bathroom was a nice plus so you never need to go inside wet. Plenty of fish around the dock and we even saw a manatee swim directly under the dock - how cool! At night there is a green light under the dock, really impressive to see all of the fish swing across the light. Super close the stores as needed. A short 5 minute drive to the local Publix for grocery runs. Book and enjoy, you will not be disappointed!

Sadly, not what we expected

We selected this location after having seen all the amenities that were included and looked forward to a week of relaxation but found problems almost immediately upon arrival. The booklet with the generic information did not apply to this house and it took us a day and a half before finding the correct wi-fi credentials no thanks to the management company. The hot tub was out of service (this was crucial in our decision since we both suffer from bad backs), the pool waterfall was non-operable along with the two jets on either side and lastly the firepit would not ignite. Combine that with the construction both next door and across the street, which awakened us every morning at 8am to the sound of pile driving with the lot next door constructing a dock. As pretty as the house itself was, we left very dissatisfied particularly with the property manger who only returned our call five days later. We also had some uninvited guests in the form of some huge bugs. Would not recommend

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Listing was just as pictured and described. Heated pool was very warm. House was very well appointed. Only complaint would be the automatic ice machine in the refrigerator was not working and we were not able to find ice trays to make our own. Also no martini shaker. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Peaceful

We grew to really appreciate both the peacefulness of the location and the layout of the house over the course of the stay. Having access to the pool deck from the master and family rooms was very nice, as was the toilet off the pool deck. We find this feature is often missed. Watching both March Madness and Masters from pool/hot tub was nice. Matlacha being so close is a little hidden gem of the location.

Paradise in Cape Coral

Our family just stayed at this beautiful home. The kitchen was a great open space to the living area. The office made work easy for my son’s homework. The lanai and pool area was so much fun. Finally, the dock was a great space for fishing. We had the best vacation ever, and we’ve been going down to Florida for 20 years.

Great property, quite location

Wonderful house in a quiet area but close to all the action. Right on the canal with easy access to the main waterways. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Outside seating, fire pit and watching movies was fun! We had a very relaxing stay here.
