About this property

Chalet Alouette - Saint paul en chablais

The chalet is located between Lac et Montain, 10 minutes from Lake Leman and 5 minutes from summits such as the Dent d'Oche (2222m).
In the heart of the countryside, in a small quiet hamlet and away from the main road, the chalet has a large terrace of 35m2 ideally oriented South-East.
Children can play freely in the garden of over 300m2.
You can also go for a walk or mountain bike from the chalet.

Nice character chalet of 35 m2 on the ground on two levels (surface under slope on the floor with 1m85 max under ridge).
Ground floor: main room with kitchen, dining room, lounge area with wood stove.
Upstairs, a first mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and closet under the roof, followed by a second bedroom with 2 single beds and closet under the roof.
A small veranda will allow you to leave your shoes and clothes at the entrance of the chalet.
A small shed in the annex will allow you to store your skis, boots and other luggage.
Pillows and blankets are provided. Sheets and towels are not included.

RATE :
Supplement 50 € / week per animal (with owner's agreement)
Except during school holidays, the proposed price is a package for 2 people: Supplement of 10 € / day / additional person
The proposed price is all charges included (taxes, water, electricity, heating, firewood)
A deposit of € 500 is required. It is included in the quote. If you prefer to pay the deposit when you arrive at the chalet, please ask for it when you request information or request a reservation.

Household linen is not included (towels / pillowcases / sheets and duvet covers). This service can be offered, see prices below
LINEN RENTAL: to request at least 2 weeks at least before arrival:
The price of linen rentals:
- single bed set: € 15
- double bed set: 20 €
- hand towel: € 5
Housekeeping is not included. Holidaymakers are requested to carry out cleaning before departure. This service can be offered (60 €)

Chalet très bien situé et vue magnifique !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au mois de juin dans ce chalet. Il est très bien situé et très calme. La grande terrasse avec une vue panoramique sans vis-à-vis est très agréable. Les commerces ne sont pas loin ainsi que la bonne boulangerie du village. Il faut prendre la voiture. La situation géographique permet de faire la découverte de toute la région, ainsi que la Suisse. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer le sympathique propriétaire. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis avec de bons conseils Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse Le calme la région et le soleil tout était réuni Le chalet est conforme à la description nous étions très bien couché, nous n’avons manqué de rien mais il est vrai que nous n’avons pas cuisiné c’est ça aussi les vacances Juste une petite remarque par rapport à l’annonce la terrasse n’est pas Sud Est mais Sud Ouest ce qui est un plus car nous avons pu prendre l’apéro tous les soirs au soleil C’est une région qui nous a plu et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, même si la neige n’a pas été présente à notre arrivée, elle nous a fait une belle surprise et franchement que c’est beau. Chalet agréable et fonctionnel

Très bon séjour entre le lac Léman et la vallée d'Abondance. Les paysages sont somptueux et les activités sont variées. L'accueil est chaleureux et les conseils de M. Uzel sont précieux. Le chalet est bien équipé et la terrasse est très agréable. Le jardin est un plus pour les enfants. Le rapport qualité/prix de cette location est très bon.

C'est un endroit idéal pour se poser et se reposer. Randonnées possibles magnifiques. Bilan rêvé.

Le chalet est très bien équipé, situé dans un endroit calme, nature verdoyante alentours. Lieu au carrefour de beaucoup de randonnées variées, côté lac et côté montagne. Accueil très agréable et soucieux de la part du propriétaire. Nous recommandons ce chalet à ceux qui aiment le calme et la nature. On reviendra. Merci.
