Excellent house close to the beach with perfect public transport. Close to shops, local cafés and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here to enjoy the local culture!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean when we arrived. The sea is so closeby which is great. There’s also a biking rental closeby. But what i liked the most is the service of Juan. He really helped us with everything. I could just text him and he was really helpful. Would definitely recommend

A magical place

The property is lovely, the pool is fantastic and the house is really well equipped. This feels like a home. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, which meant we could pop in the morning and have a pre-breakfast swim. There’s a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away which was really useful. We were only there a couple of days but I’m already thinking about a return trip.

The property is in a brilliant location. A few minutes to a fantastic beach and easy to get into the centre of Valencia by cab or metro. We stayed for a month this summer and thoroughly enjoyed it!

This Casa was large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor area was clean and gave our 1 year old child room to play. The Casa is located a short walk from the sea and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic holiday villa

We had a fantastic time staying in this lovely villa. Juan was very helpful and communication was easy. We loved the pool and garden and the villa was spacious and clean. Will hopefully be back to stay another time!

60th birthday celebration

Excellent location for our stay, near beach and metro. Juan and Isobel were very kind and helpful and even booked our special meal at a lovely tapas restaurant. All 8 of us would definitely recommend this holiday property!

The house, pool and location were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing was that there was an unannounced camara in the living room but we covered it and didnt hear anything about it.

Thank you Mirte for your kind comment. The camera is from the security alarm, which is not connected when rented to guests. The alarm is only connected when the house is empty, and in case of theft it is activated to connect to the security company.

Excellent beach stay property. 9 adults so we utilised all 4 bedrooms plus the double bed in the attic. Easy to get to & close to beach plus all amenities. Juan was an excellent host. Pool is a good size. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Wonderful! We all loved our stay here, the location is perfect as we all enjoy being close to the sea. Supermarket and bus stop to the centre very close too. Juan was lovely and very helpful. We recommend Villa Josefina!
